Disney Hardside Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Multicolor, Carry-On 21-Inch

Bought it in Jan 2020. Used it the first time for round trip it was fine. My daughter used it to go home with as her luggage when she came to visit was to small so she used mine. Handle on top broke. When I came to visit her I used her luggage to visit her and return her luggage and was coming home with mine and the second handle broke. So now all I have is the handle that expands so u can wheel it. I hope it holds up. 10 year warranty. Will find out how to go about this and see what the story is. Would rather have my money back or a better luggage. Something where the handles have for my lack of terminology, metal rivets that move instead of this plastic.

Looks great light and just the right size.

This suitcase is slightly smaller than I thought. It also is packed on both sides when opened. I suppose that all hardside luggage is made that way. But I don’t like it. I wish now that I had returned it and bought the one I had originally wanted. I was just so excited because it was Cinderella and seldom are there items such as this with her on it. If there’s anyway you could see fit for me to return it, I’d be greatly appreciated. I have never used it. One reason us because I couldn’t figure out how to pack it. Thank you.

I absolutely love it!

This item was advertised as new, but arrived with scuff marks all over the outside. I fear this was a returned item.

These are nice suitcases. They look exactly as advertised but if the suitcase is not packed so that there is absolutely no space for any more clothes the clothes will all fall to the bottom of the suitcase. The straps inside are pretty useless because you cannot tighten them. There is no real god way to use these for dress shirts and pants because they will fall and wrinkle.

Item arrived on time and was as advertised.

Had the carry on size and loved it. Had to get this size.

Bought for a trip to Costa Rica, both handles broke off the first day I used it. I had six flights in all for the trip and it made things a bit more difficult. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the quality.

The luggage is really cute and practical. Love it! I haven’t used it yet but tried out the wheels and it maneuvers well. Nice size. Perfect carry on.
