> 3 dayOn my Doxie Pro, I already love the document feeder and the two-side scanning. I used my Old Doxie Go for over 10 years, but this suits me even better.

Greater than one weekI would give this ten stars if I could! Doxie is leading the way not only in scanners but customer service. The expectation you have from companies, especially the bigger or big tech ones, about their customer service usually disappoints. Doxie well exceeds this expectation. I am always blown away by the communication and support from this company. The Doxie Pro changed my life. I have had piles of papers for years, and it kept accruing. I have used many scanners, CZUR, etc., and Doxie always delivers. The Doxie Go was my first experience with this company and product (recommend that for small amounts of paper and on-the-go scanning), but the Doxie Pro is incredible. The amount of R&D Doxie did for this new product shows. The scanning is seamless and quick. The feeding is perfect, and multiple features have unlimited benefits. Add to cart!

> 3 dayIt took me longer to unpack the box than it did to get it up and running. And the scanning of a document is so incredibly fast. Very happy with this purchase thus far.

> 3 dayWe are prepping for an overseas move and I recently realized two things: 1) I didn’t want to risk decades of memorabilia (photos, drawings, documents, etc.) and files getting lost or damaged in transit; and 2) I really wanted to shrink the physical footprint of all this “stuff.” I decided it high time to digitize. We had a couple of scanners already in our household—well, devices with scanning capabilities anyway: one printer/copier with a decent flatbed scanner and a printer/copier with auto feed capable of duplex scanning. But neither was ideal for scanning hundreds of photos (a big chunk of my pile) or had the speed necessary to turn my daydream into reality in an efficient manner. I checked into professional digitization services, but couldn’t didn’t want to send my items away for weeks. Again, I was leery of something going wrong in transit. And even if someone else scanned everything, I was still going to have to sort through it all at some point, organizing and separating the true keepers from the “yes, it’s time to let this stuff go.” So I found myself hunting online for a duplex scanner with multi-page auto-feed, one equally good with photos and paperwork. Enter Doxie Pro. The cost was kind of hard to justify at first. I’m the kind of person who generally believes in spending the least amount of money necessary to get something done—and did I mention that we already have two other pieces of equipment that have adequately met all our scanning needs up til now? But when I counted up exactly how many photos/pages I wanted to digitize and estimated the cost for any of the online services I’d looked into… I found myself in the same ballpark as simply buying a Doxie Pro. Huh. I could avoid the shipping risks, get things done at my own pace (in other words, *guarantee* it gets done before we leave the country), and once the project was done, I’d be left with a pretty darn cool little piece of equipment to either carry along with me or pass on to someone else. So I went for it. And wow. I was initially sold on Doxie Pro by the online reviews, but the real thing, sitting here on my dining room table, has exceeded my expectations. Super easy set-up. Amazing customer support. (Not that I’ve needed it; this thing works like a dream. But Doxie has checked in with me a couple of times since the unit arrived—in a non-invasive, friendly way—to be sure I am happy with the product. Any questions? Feedback? They seriously care.) I made the mistake of showing off my amazing Doxie Pro to my sister, and now she wants to have a scanning party for her own memorabilia. I suspect my mom may be the next in line. So just beware… Once the word gets out that you eliminated boxes’ worth of old memorabilia and actually had fun doing so, friends and family may start asking to borrow your Dixie Pro, too. You may find yourself torn between wanting to help them out and wanting to keep this little gem all to yourself.

> 3 dayI absolutely love this Doxie Pro. First I was impressed by the packaging, then the one page set up and use guide. I enjoyed the small messages all over the machine telling me what to do. Scanning is so easy making me wish I had purchased this scanner a long time ago. The customer service had excellent follow up and tips to make my experience even better. I would highly recommend this product for those in search of a excellent scanner.

> 3 dayOne of my resolutions is to finish decluttering my home office while increasing my security, and the Doxie Pro is turning out to be the perfect tool for the job! Works -outstandingly well- with a Mac (the software honestly feels like its from Apple - its fully integrated into the operating system and just works). Im migrating from an old ScanSnap that was scanning to the cloud, and this scanner works as well (if not better) for significantly less. I can easily move it between my Mac mini at my desk, to my MacBook Pro at the kitchen table, which makes it much more convenient. Does a much better job at providing options (unstaple / staple multiple page scans is fantastic!) and now Im scanning into a secure shared database (DevonThink 3) than unsecured into a 3rd party cloud service. The Doxie also does a great job with pictures (better than the ScanSnap and approaching or exceeding my old flatbed scanner - which I virtually never use because it takes up too much desk space). The Doxie customer care team is proactive to communicate with the customer to make sure that theyre not having problems using the device - I felt much more like an individual customer. Im absolutely enjoying my purchase, and looking forward to finally getting rid of the rest of the piles of documents for the new year (and keeping them from building up again!).
