> 3 dayThis is my second Doxie scanner. I have used the Doxie Go for a few years and have loved it—the quality is great, the software is easy to use, and the company provides top-notch service. I was recently looking to upgrade to a scanner with an auto document feeder. Serendipitously, I received an email from Doxie advertising the upcoming release of the Doxie Pro. I am so glad I ordered it! The Doxie Pro uses the same great software—there are multiple scan modes and you can save a scan as a JPEG or PDF (including OCR). As a bonus, Doxie sent me a box of swag, including a case, for preordering the Doxie Pro. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a workhorse scanner with intuitive software from a company that truly values it customers.

I had thousands of pages I needed to scan and it would have taken me months to complete the project using my Canon Copier/Scanner but the Doxie made things super fast and efficient with the organinzing of those documents.

Although I did not need any customer support, I received emails checking to make sure the set up went well or if I needed any help. No additional software to download, no complicated instructions. I am truly impressed with this little machine - Doxie!!

> 3 dayThe software is seamless on my Mac. So much easier than any snap scan software I’ve tried. It’s fast and has options for getting exactly what you’re looking for out of a scan. I just had to scan 200+ contracts and it was actually fun. The Doxie team reached out almost immediately after purchase to check on my satisfaction of purchase. I had already bought the case but they sent me some photo sheets as a gift. I’m def a fan and have already mentioned and recommended it to other coordinators on set. Worth the buy.

Greater than one weekSo far any Doxie product I have used or my staff have used have worked excellent. They have all been able to be plugged and once charged used and have reliably scanned documents and uploaded to computer either with SD card, USB cord or wifi. Never had a problem setting them up, simple directions are provided and support is available. They are travel size and we use them to scan documents of varying sizes and thickness, ID cards and much more. I have provided my staff with Doxie Q2, and Doxie go SEs to take with them in the field with no issues. Most recently I obtained the pro and am using that which scans quick and program to edit has simple but useful functions that are easy to work with. You can crop, straighten, save, staple, and send docs among other things. I have tried others and none have been able to be used straight out of the box by every staff. I can not say enough of how easy and efficient these little scanners are. I hope that others find them as handy and easy to use as myself and my team have.

> 3 dayLove this scanner truly scans the 20 pages as the description says. After the documents or pictures scan, they are very clear. Set up and use very easy. The only thing I would like is a paper catcher. Worth the price
