> 3 dayGreat product! Was a lot thicker than I expected (similar to the Deleter White 2). It is a great medium to use for correcting mistakes & using with a liner.

> 3 dayThis product is really nice for adding highlights to a watercolor painting. Its mixable with water for strength and quite opaque. It rinses easily from brushes as well.

> 3 dayAs a fairly new watercolor painter, I often make mistakes that use to frustrate me. With this product, you can paint over mistakes that you cant correct. Can also use to paint in white highlights, snow, stars, etc. I really like this product.

Greater than one weekDried out super quick, it was actually half dried when I received it. Ive never used white ink like this so I thought it was the norm since it was thick. Though Ive ordered Dr. Ph. Martins colored ink before and I did notice that the ink dries in the bottle really quick, so its better to buy small bottles and use it as quickly as possible.

Greater than one weekCONTEXT I needed white ink for a calligraphy project and wasnt quite sure what to use. After some research, I found that a lot of calligraphers swore by Dr. PH Martins Bleedproof White, so I got on it ASAP! PROS - Its OPAQUE!!!! Oh my goodness, the opaqueness of this stuff is an absolute dream. ESPECIALLY if youre like me and like to use watercolors, this will absolutely change your life. - It is easy to use, ONCE you figure out how to use it (LOL). See my cons for more on this. - The ink is smooth to use and flows beautifully. CONS - When you initially open the bottle, the ink is VERY THICK. The consistency looks like goopy acrylic paint. So, if you were to use the ink with a nib pen or watercolor brush, youd find very quickly, you CANT. So basically, you cannot use this straight out of the bottle. - To use it, you need to add water, BUT not too much and not too little (finicky little ink). Youll want to add just the right amount for your medium, naturally. For me, I added more water, as I do like the watercolor look and feel. If you arent sure about where you should be, you can always watch a video on YouTube about it. - Because you have to add water to the ink, youll likely need another little canister to store whatever you mix. Not a big deal if youre an artist, since youll likely already have some extra paint pots. OVERALL I love this stuff. Once I figured out how to use it, I couldnt believe I didnt already have this in my arsenal. Whether you need it or not, great to have in your tool belt.

> 3 dayReturning to comic book art and needed something for corrections. This works exactly as I remember from back in the 80’s. Goes on over black ink really well without having to overload the brush. I was also really happy with the care in packaging on this. The box obviously took a fall or shove in transit but it would have taken something really drastic to break the bottle. One thing to watch out for is that your surface is free of oil. This usually comes from your hands over time as you work unless you’re wearing gloves. If you hit an area where the fluid starts to bead, dab it to remove as much as you can and let the rest dry. You can use an eraser to gently get rid of moist oil spots and give the fluid more to grab.
