My contractor did an absolute terrible job of mounting my sink properly to the quarts counter top. Nevertheless, one day we found our sink sagging down and on top of it, it dislodged our sink disposal unit and we found quite a mess underneath the cabinet. I was initially at a loss as to what to do, and so I began looking up ways to repair it, rather than calling a plumber. I found this kit and it seemed like an easy enough system to fix exactly our issue. I received the kit the next day and I was able to reapply some silicon to the sink top and hoist the sink back up to the correct position using my car jack and a piece of wood. once it was in place, I was able to get the brackets in place and drill them into the cabinet sidewalls. After getting about 5 brackets in place (2 on the sides and one in the back, I couldnt fit one in the front as there wasnt any space to get one in there) it felt sturdy. I removed the jack and reinstalled the disposal unit and everything is as it should be now and I have zero worries about it ever falling again. However the only downside is that now we have these small protrusions where the arms are holding up the sink, so I cant fit any tall items in the cabinet where the arms are. Its a minor issue but just know that you might have this issue if you store a lot of things underneath.

Our sink was falling and this product help put it back in place with some sealant as well. Not sure this was there before but it did the job. Highly recommended!!!

I was happy to find a solution that didnt require a carpenter or plumber. The kit works as advertised, but installation is a lot more difficult than the instructions suggest. Pros: High quality and corrosion resistant metal. Fasterners are relatively high quality (did not strip out). The parts are preassembled and the installation is intuitive. Cons: It is extremely difficult to install some of the mounting flanges. I have a double sink with plenty of space underneath. I found myself limited to using a screwdriver in some places because my drill wouldnt fit. In fact, I could only install 4 of the 5 support arms. There was no way the last one was going to fit. If you are tight on either side of the sink or working around a drain/disposal, youre not going to have a lot of fun. I also was disappointed with the limited amount of adjustment each support arm allowed (you get about half an inch of lift). I installed one arm and realized the sink was still sagging after full extension. I needed to unscrew all the bolts and move everything up half an inch. It seems similar some kits come with adhesive material on the mounting flanges. This would be extremely helpful. Holding/marking/drilling in a tight space is really difficult. I dropped the screws several times.

I bought these to shore up a massive stainless steel sink under mounted to granite countertops. The old mounts failed and these are doing the job. One thing I did was replace the supplied #8 × 3/4 phillips head wood screws with sheet metal screws (same size) that have a hex cap. Made it easier for me to drive them in with a socket.

After they were installed, theyre brilliant, but the installation was made more difficult because they had to be taped up so that I could screw them in. I finally used some Command strips that helped.

This saved me a $2500 plumber bill! Worked with my son and installed it in less than a hour!
