Great invention. A must for under sink installation on granite under counter install. This is a great repair or great device to keep your sink nice and tight. Youtube videos show u how to install.

Worked like a champ, even in the small sapace between the cabinet and back of sink. Saved me lots of time and money and i did not have to lift my granite counter top.

After they were installed, theyre brilliant, but the installation was made more difficult because they had to be taped up so that I could screw them in. I finally used some Command strips that helped.

I was going to go with an epoxy solution until I saw these mechanical brakes - easy to install and wolds the sink incredibly well. Great product, great value for the price.

They work great, sturdy. But I strongly recommend putting wider screw heads on the screws. My drill kept slipping somuch I just gave up and used drywall screws. When drilling in awkward positions you need the screws to be stable on the drill. Ots my 2nd time ordering this product
