> 24 hourI received the product and quickly noticed how well made it was. Installation was a breeze with only four wires, took me about ten minutes, that included me putting the required ends on. I had one question and sent a text to support. They quickly called me back, when I say quick I mean less than 3 minutes. They walked me through the setup wire by wire to confirm it was installed correctly. My start up Amos was 60 on my 3.5 ton unit. Now my start up amps is 24. Generator now powers my entire house with the ac unit.

> 24 hourInstalled on my homes 3.5 Ton 16 seer Trane condensing unit ahead of summer. For the last 2 years I have been trying to identify an electrical issue which occurs when my ac cycles during my home generators weekly test. The air conditioner would run rough and very noisy, sometimes trip itself out on thermal overload. I couldn’t figure It out until I noticed the LRA was 10 amps higher than my generator is rated to produce. A YouTube video from Engineer775 I happened to catch by luck pointed me in the right direction. My results are as follows. I could not believe the RLA in the sticker is 110. I measured 109-112 through my amp clamp. Two years of a mystery why my condenser would make horrible starting noises when running on my home 20kw generator. Preliminary testing shows 24.5 max inrush according to my fluke meter (same meter from initial inrush testing) now that the soft start was installed. My running issues are gone. My lights don’t dim and my condenser runs smooth. I’m impressed to say the least. I have yet to venture into the app and the Bluetooth features but will soon.

> 24 hourHad it installed by HVAC Tech, was done in less then 40 minutes. 3 Ton A/C Heat Pump is down to 24 Amps with a name plate of 71 LRA. Now my 7.2kw portable generator can start it up and I am pumped to have that capability.

> 24 hourThis unit should exist on all AC condenser packages. The fan kicks on first, then the compressor comes on gently. I am amazed. I installed this primarily to help with my whole home generator handling the AC starting. The second reason is to help with light flicker in my shop. I guess the third plus is it will lengthen the life of the compressor. To note, the starting amp draw on my compressor went from 70amps down to 29 amps. Huge difference that my generator can handle easily now. The install went pretty easy. You will need two blue female spade connectors, and one yellow splice crimp, and one yellow spade connector. Those were for my condenser, so yours might be slightly different. The online directions are fairly easy to follow but could be laid out better. In all, I am very happy with the purchase and consider it money well spent.

> 24 hourGreat product, the run capacitor failed on my compressor, easystart refused to keep trying to start, saving my compressor motor from over heating. Replaced capacitor, all is good. Had to call factory to find out how to clear the error code on my easystart.

> 24 hourThese are stupendously expensive but do actually work very well indeed. Has taken a lot of strain off of my solar inverter. The only bad things about it are very short Bluetooth range and the fact that it is on the load side of the contactor so you can only see whats happening when your AC is actually on.
