I bought this unit 18 months ago because it claimed to reduce A/C condenser surge wattage by 66%. Well it works! My starting watts went from 24000 watts down to 8000 watts on the condenser. It allows me to use a Briggs 8000 portable generator to run my 4 ton A/C,- blower included. Make sure you get a generator that has less then 6% Total Harmonic Distortion! There are not many out there. Also, my living room lights dont blink when the A/C Condenser kicks on with city power during normal use. Great product if you live in a hurricane city like I do and want to have central A/C when the hurricane hits! I cant recommend this great product more...

This thing came without quick connects or ANYTHING to set it up. Customer Support didnt reply when I requested help on what size quick connectors, size of mounting screws, etc. This is very expensive and Im really disappointed that I now have to go searching for the parts to install. **UPDATE: Customer Support contacted me the next day & provided an install kit and instructions on wire connections.

Buy it - Install it - and forget it. Its that easy

Nothing bad about tech support just never had to contact them. I found the online wiring diagrams easier for me to follow then the supper detailed instructions. I only have about 20 starts so time will tell had good lasting the unit will be. That said, although a little costly I would highly recommend this, my starting amps went from 76 down between 25 and 29 amps for my 4 ton AC, so fell pretty confidant my 8000 Watt generator will work but havent tested yet. I like the Bluetooth and works very well but I would like to see about a $40 drop on the cost. It is built very will but wish it was small enough to mount inside the AC unit just to keep it out of the sun and heat.

Had it installed by HVAC Tech, was done in less then 40 minutes. 3 Ton A/C Heat Pump is down to 24 Amps with a name plate of 71 LRA. Now my 7.2kw portable generator can start it up and I am pumped to have that capability.

I received the product and quickly noticed how well made it was. Installation was a breeze with only four wires, took me about ten minutes, that included me putting the required ends on. I had one question and sent a text to support. They quickly called me back, when I say quick I mean less than 3 minutes. They walked me through the setup wire by wire to confirm it was installed correctly. My start up Amos was 60 on my 3.5 ton unit. Now my start up amps is 24. Generator now powers my entire house with the ac unit.

My 3 ton air conditioner was making a couple of our house lights dim when the air came on. The condenser compressor would always start with a loud noise. After I installed the Easy Start Micro Air 368 the lights dont dim anymore, and the condenser compressor is quiet! I highly recommend this product.

Too many times after a hurricane has rolled through I have been multiple days to 2 weeks running on portable generators and portable AC units, not any more! Our old 2.5Ton central unit starts up on a 9500W generator now. At a minimum, this device staggers the compressor startup until after the condenser fan gets up to speed. After running for a few months I sent a report through the app interface to tech support and they suggested a setting modification based upon the data they received - within hours of me sending it. Outstanding!

I dont know the previous actual starting current for my new 3 ton AC, but it is now about 25 amps.

I am at 6,700 starts on my Heatpump since installing . I love this product . I can now use my Generator to run the heatpump . Avg startup current is about 37amps , down from 67 Amps .Then after start it runs around 12-13 amps . Besides the ability to use a Generator to start . Now my heatpump starts quietly , Its far easier on the unit itself with softstarts , and im saving a bunch on electricity as well so now the easy start has become Free. I installed myself as i am an inside Wireman by trade .
