> 24 hourTried this on purple photopolymer emulsion and Speedball diazo and worked well with both. Weve diluted it 1:3 (I think we just keep forgetting to put the last part of water in) so weve been using it a little stronger than they recommend. Purple emulsion just melts away, green Speedball softens to the point where a light power wash just knocks it out. Pleased with it.

> 24 hourWorks AMAZINGLY! I sprayed it on the first side and by the time I flipped the screen over to apply to the other side, the emulsion was already running down the screen. After spraying both sided I ran a non abbrasive scrubber over it once and rinced the screen. I have never cleaned a screen this fast without preassure washing. By far the best emulsion remover Ive used! Also, I had emulsion hardener on the screen which is usually really hard to get off.

Card Away Excess Ink1. Card away all excess ink from the screen and return ink to the container. DISCLAIMER: If using water-based ink kindly dispose of the ink if it is dried up and not usable. |
Apply to Screen2. Apply emulsion remover to both sides of a wet screen with a sponge, pad, spray bottle, or pneumatic pump system. a. Then, leave the product on for 15-30 seconds. DISCLAIMER: If left on longer than the recommended time emulsion can lock permanently on the screen. |
Thoroughly Rinse3. Thoroughly rinse screen with high-pressure water, starting at the bottom, making sure to remove all emulsion and residue. |
