eMedia Guitar For Dummies

I tried learning the Guitar several time. All with instructors and never felt like I laearned anything . I was shown several cords and a wheel which I still do not understand. But this product teaches everything as a beginner should be show. You learn at your own pace and you start off with very simple cords and proceed on . The best thing I LIKE about it you start plating songs from the star. I only have this teaching guide a few weeks and i am playing better than I ever did paying for instruction . I just enjoy this product so much . I am spreading the word to others of my age group to try it. I am a senior citizen. Young teens and others will be rocking i9n no time at all.

I bought this to help my son learn to play the guitar. The CD doesnt work - cant even get it to come up on my computer. I insert it into the disc drive and nothing happens. I contacted the company directly and received NO response. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Just what the Dr ordered. I played many years ago, and forgot most of what I learned back then (40+ yrs).

I had never touched a guitar in my life but after I finished this program in less then a week I felt comfortable with a guitar in my hands and confident that I could play. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because it really needed to have some kind of book, like a supplementary guide, so I could have the chords and songs on a hard copy and not just having to print them off the computer. Other than that, its a fantastic choice for newbs like me!

This is pretty good for beginners. Some have complained it was too beginner, others say its too complicated. works for me though. You dont need to know much to earn a little song pretty quickly

I bought this for my husband for christmas. He is a very hands on and visual learner so I loved the idea of the videos; however this was more like a glorified book on the computer... the videos and the audio refused to work... I intend to return this and find somthing else that works... Very disapointed...

I am still learning, as Ive only been through the first two chapters, but are already starting to pick it up quickly. I really like the built in tuner, metronome and instructions on how to string a guitar for when one of your strings inevitably will break.
