great value, but Ive had on auto-order and this is the 3rd package that has been open, spilling contents everywhere throughout the box and leaking all over my house! thinking of switching to another in hopes of not bursting.

Whats not to like? Its a big ol bag of epsom salt at a great price. Go buy some eucalyptus or lavender oil and put a few drops in the tub with two cups of these salts and you have yourself a little spa treatment. Manly right? I do actually use these 1-2 times a week. I exercise pretty hard and am regularly sore. I try to make time to get a 20-30 minute epsom salt soak in a couple times a week. Ill even put the laptop near (but not too near) the tub and watch an episode of something so I dont get sleepy and accidentally become a weird statistic. I also used these quite regularly after some whiplash left my neck sore for a few weeks. Just wish a had a bigger tub because I end up having to rotate between soaking my legs and soaking my upper body. If you do the research, the science isnt exactly in favor of epsom salts really doing much but theres still a long tradition of people using them for sore muscles, blood circulation, stress reduction, removing toxins, constipation, etc. Im betting on one of those claims having a little legitimacy and with the price of this dog food sized bag of salt, its a cheap bet that Ill continue to make.

I like that I can buy Epsom Salts in a large quantity and delivered! I learned to soak twice a week for ten minutes to 20 minutes. I read that the body may be able to absorb the harmful substances that the body may have just come out of the body. So, it is important to listen to your body. It does help me with Arthritis, Muscle aches, relieves stress and MOST IMPORTANTLY... I feel better.

I purchased this in a 20lb bag this past summer 2013 for $26.99 and now it is #34.99 6 months later (Jan 2014). Slightly disappointed. It was a bargain at $26.99 and comparable to other bath salts sold locally. Unfortunately my mother and I have a chronic illness and require numerous aids to assist with our constant symptoms, pains, fatigue, etc. We our home bound and have to order online for our needs for home delivering. Unfortunately ordering online is becoming over priced. It makes me mad that companies and sellers are at times tripling prices for their own gain and people like me our forced to deal with these prices when we have no other options. Now Walmart here I come $20 for 20lbs (includes shipping) - online of course. I would highly recommend this product to those seeking bulk epsom salt. The epsom salt is fine and dissolves quickly in the tub...I like it a lot. I hated having to wait for the epsom salt to dissolve with other brands. This is perfect this dissolves almost immediately and works great...I would have to say it is the best epsom salt I have ever purchased. I would like to see them (San Francisco Salt Company) actually make a scented epsom salt and offer it in bulk. They shipped it quickly, I had it within three days.
