Its not too expensive, so using a fair amount in a bathtub is a reasonable thing to do. Its unscented hence 3 stars on that. I do find it helps with aching muscles to soak for an hour or so. Being British, I find bathtubs good for reading and relaxing, Epsom helps.

My mom has chronic lower back pain to the point where she can’t walk around very much. She decided to take a bath with 1/2 cup of these Epsom salts, 1/2 cup of magnesium bath flakes, and then 3 drops of the Rapid Relief blend from Plant Therapy and then soaked for 20 minutes. She came out of the bathroom later with wide eyes saying that she couldn’t feel any pain in her lower back and that this was the first time in 20 years that she was pain-free!! We really were not expecting this kind of miracle!! The combination of things we put in the tub really did something spectacular, and these salts were a part of it!

A cup of this in an average size tub is perfect for a salt bath. It doesnt have a scent, which I appreciate. Its a good value!

This is about the best you can do for epsom salt, and the price has gone up but still doable from this company. Easy recommendation if you like baths or use the salt for other things. You cant go wrong.
