見た目は安っぽいUSBメモリ、しかし中身は立派なSSDです。 測度を確認しましたが自作PCで使用している2.5インチのSATA接続SSDとほぼ同じです。 CDIでもきちんとドライブとして認識されているので使い方に迷います。 画像やOfficeデータの保存には勿体ない、いっそOSを入れてしまって起動DISKとして使いたいくらいです。 itunesでのiphoneバックアップや、Cドライブのバックアップ、その他250GBあるので速度を生かして使用したいです。 お勧め商品です。

ほとんどの製品を試しましたが、この商品以外にmac,windows両方でrecovery ディスクに使えた安価な商品はありませんでした。私は、同容量を追加で２個、５００GBを１個追加購入しましました。

普通のUSBメモリのサイズなので同等に扱え、ハイスピード。 USB 3.2 Gen2規格を活かすには、当然ですが対応したスロットに挿す必要があります。 容量は250GB、ちょっとした動画編集や音楽制作のプロジェクトにも使えるサイズ。 場合によってはフルバックアップにも。 タイプAなのでタイプAスロットを持たないMacやスマホ、タブレットで使用するには タイプCに対応させるアダプタ、ハブが必要。

こんな商品あったんですね・・・凄くよいです。 見た目も使い勝手も完全にUSBフラッシュメモリです。 軽いしUSBに刺すだけだし外部電源も必要ないです。 それなのに中身SSDなんですねえ。 容量もUSBフラッシュメモリと比べて大容量ですし、何より速度が爆速です。

実際に手に取ってみて、まずその小ささに驚きました。 Windows10のPC挿すだけで認識されたのでさっそくPC内の写真や動画などのデータを取り込んでみましたが快調に移行できました。 ベンチマークテストの結果を貼っておきます。 400MB/s台しか出ていないのは商品説明にある通り↓うちのPC側が古いせいです。 『接続規格はUSB 3.2 Gen1、USB 3.1、USB 3.0搭載のPCには読み取り400MB/s、書き込み250MB/sに制限され、USB 2.0なら速度は20MB/sになります』 「デザインは日本、製造は台湾」だそうです。

I am using this drive for extra storage for my Mac. I found that it was trivial to install, just plug and play. I tried installing and running games from this drive but found that the drive is not fast enough to enable playing the games I installed. However, the drive is more than fast enough to store files and things like that for which it is very useful.

Initial Review August 14, 2022 I see other reviewers have already posted results from the CrystalDiskMark tool so I wont bother. For me Im pleased with my results. I plugged this drive into a USB 3.0 socket on the front panel of my desktop computer. I copied 398GB of 69,370 photo files onto the drive. It took 1 hour and 5 minutes, averaging just over 100MBs which is great for me. I didnt try read speed. Ive learned that the speed of a copy like this can vary quite a bit depending on which USB socket I use. From what others have posted I could expect much faster write times if I had a faster USB port. Your mileage may vary. I recommend this drive.

This is by far the fastest flash drive Ive ever used. I was easily able to get the claimed 200MB/s write speeds with this drive given my USB3 ports are only Gen1. I typically got about 380MB/s read speeds, so not *quite* the 400 they state it can get, but thats more than close enough for me! Unfortunately I dont seem to have a USB3 Gen2 port on any of my computers to truly test out this drives limits. The drive has so far held up to multiple writes filling the entire 500GB drive, and not a single read or write error. It also worked flawlessly on my old Windows 7 machine with only USB2.0 ports on it. I wondered if the utilization of UASP would hinder its ability to be used for booting, or for BIOSes to detect it, and had absolutely no issues at all with relatively modern machines. I havent yet tried it on an old system (like when USB booting was brand new), but from what Ive seen so far, as long as the BIOS supports a USB Hard drive, it should work without any problems! Everything about this drive is just amazing, and I cannot recommend one of these enough! Especially if youve never had a truly fast flash drive before, let alone how incredibly massive these are in storage!

The Espeon SS+ 500GB Portable SSD Solid State USB Drive, USB 3.2 Gen2 UASP SuperSpeed+ Up to 600MB/s Read, 500MB/s Write is really fast. It is well made and the plastic body seems to be of good quality. The form factor is similar to an ordinary USB flash drive and is smaller than the average SSD flash drives in the market. I tested the data transmission speed using the software USB Flash Benchmark in a Dell Inspiron laptop and the Espeon SS+ was able to achieve an amazing 420MB/s of read speed as you can see in the attached picture (limited by my laptop port maximum speed). I had no issues backing up a huge amount of data from my computer. For the form factor and data speed, I definitey recommend it.
