> 3 dayCustomer service is fantastic. Had a bit of trouble getting it to blow cold air at first. But someone got back to me within 30 minutes of initially reaching out and had the cooler blowing ice cold air in like 30 seconds. Would highly recommend for the price.

Greater than one weekWe have this in our home in Southern Utah. We have air conditioning, but the air is so dry, I was always shocking myself when I touched anything. This brings up the humidity in the house and I have not shocked myself sine we bought it. We added hook it up to a hose and never worry about re-filing !

> 3 dayWe bought this for our patio because it was hot. We set it up without much difficulty. Seems to be quiet and we like the rotating fan. Price is inexpensive as well.

> 3 dayWorked pretty good this summer in Arizona. Wont cool the whole house but worked fine in room we were in, easy to move from room to room.

> 3 dayI was expecting this to be heavy but it is light which is surprising! It is powerful too without being too loud. I love how you can use it as a fan without putting the ice pack on there. I can’t wait till summer to use this to the full use

Greater than one weekThe VAGKRI evaporative cooler has been a lifesaver for my back porch kitties! With temps some days over 100° under the covered porch, bringing the temperature down 5 to 10 degrees with this evaporative cooler makes a huge difference. In addition to the cooler, I use my regular back porch floor fan a few feet in front of this unit to help pull the cooler air the length of the patio. I also connected the unit to a garden hose so that it will continually run. One review mentioned the fan speed not running on LEVEL 3 when the unit is in cooling mode. If you have your fan on LEVEL 3 when you push the Cooling button, it will drop the fan speed down. This is something you can noticeably hear when it happens. The display will still say it is on 3 but the air coming out of the unit is slower. My unit does blow a good amount of air on fan LEVEL 3 as long as I follow this routine when I turn it on: 1) In OFF Mode-fill the unit with water to fill line unless you have it hooked up to your garden hose, in which case it will fill until the float stops the flow. 2) Push the POWER button and MAKE SURE the fan is on LEVEL 1. (DO NOT push the cooling button yet.) 3) Give the fan a few seconds to gear up and start running on LEVEL 1. 4) NOW...push the COOLING button and allow the pump time to start CIRCULATING the water. Open the top cover so you can see that the water is cascading over the top of the reservoir. 5) Bump the FAN speed up to LEVEL 2. WAIT and allow the fan motor a moment to come up to speed. 6) Adjust the FAN speed to LEVEL 3 and youre done. It sounds complicated, but really just takes a minute or less and the output of air at LEVEL 3 makes the process worth it.

> 3 dayThis is a must have on any patio! The best part is you can load the top area with ice and water and the air comes out so much cooler. Definitely a 5 star product.

> 3 dayWe live in AZ where the weather is hot and dry and temps can be 115 degrees and higher during the Summers. We purchased 2 of the 3000 units for our back patio. We had our first 100 degree day and party with 25 plus party goers. These units were the hot topic of conversation on how well they worked and how quiet. The 12 gallon reservoirs had plenty of water after 4.5 hours of use starting at 4pm. Our party goers were taking pics, and Vagkri will most likely see new orders soon :-)
