The fan is good enough to keep the summer heat temperature down and they have excellent customer service.

I really like the coolers, however they do put quite a bit of humidity in the air. I make sure it is by a window and the window is open a little. Similar to what you would do with a swamp cooler.

This item is essentially a fan with a water reservoir. The small cooling bricks, when frozen, does nothing to lower the temperature. It is quiet, but it is a quiet fan with water evaporation. Nothing more.

On hot days my den always feels about 10-15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. I set this up and the temperature dropped about 10 degrees within minutes. Makes it much more pleasant in there. It is pretty loud, but I am okay with that. Helps drown out the noise pollution from the neighbors.

Drops the temperature when you put the ice in it worth the money!

Works as advertised! Easy to move around.

I purchased this cooler almost a year ago. We love it! We use it in the bedroom at night and it does a fantastic job. We never have to turn it all the way up. It’s quiet enough to sleep and it’s not Giant! Besides the great product, the customer service is fantastic. My unit developed a couple problems that led to it being unusable. I contacted customer service through the Amazon chat and they responded immediately. In less than 1-week, a band new unit showed up at my door. I will buy from them again and again. I highly recommend this company and this product.

I was expecting this to be heavy but it is light which is surprising! It is powerful too without being too loud. I love how you can use it as a fan without putting the ice pack on there. I can’t wait till summer to use this to the full use
