This things a beast, quality made great psu. Can’t go wrong here

I have yet to hear my power supply at all so its super quiet with its fan and all, it comes with great wires and easy to install with every single wire being labeled appropriately. you can tell the makers took their time to make it great. NOT cheap quality at all. Durable and meant to last. Pics of the installed power supply after PC was built, and the wires connected to the CPU and Graphics card. Good Quality. only complaint, CPU wire is not long enough to tuck behind the mother board appropriately .

It works great, and I haven’t had any issues with it. I think it’s a great purchase.

I bought many Evga PSU but this one has been the first with some coil whine, other than that its fine

Has a intermittent humming noise at heavy load. I havent isolated the cause, but it could be the fan.

This PSU is installed in a Ryzen 9 5900X system with an Aorus Pro WiFi X570 motherboard and Aorus RTX 3070 GPU. It runs quietly under all conditions. The many cable options allow clean installation. Since there are no in-cable capacitors, the motherboard cable is flexible end-to-end.

Would have rather bought a Corsair PSU than this one had I known the quality. Noisy straight out of the box upon first start-up and its not even under a load. EVGAs quality has gone downhill. Dont buy this PSU.

If anyone is looking at Amazon reviews to determine whether a PSU is a good unit or not, youre doing it wrong. You need to rely on tech sites that hook up these power supplies to various testing machines to measure stats like ripple, hold up time, and several other key factors. Ill save you the trip now to let you know that this is a solid unit. Most sites are going to give this unit a perfect score aside from the cables may be a little stiff. Indeed they are, but it isnt actually that bad. Id rather have my cables a little stiff than to have a limp and pathetic cord that I can tell has no protection. If you are using a single graphics card, and a CPU that isnt an i9/Ryzen 9 with a hefty overclock, this unit is too much for you. You can save a few $ and get a 450W/550W unit. I picked this unit specifically for my 3900x and hopefully soon to be 3080Ti/3080. My motherboard has an additional EPS plug, which this unit provides, and is fully modular. One final note, please make sure you check what each plug is supposed to run to, and that you plug it in the correct spot in the PSU.
