Upgraded from the same level power to this one that has more PCI-E power cables. This bad boy is handling my 6800XT OC just fine! I dont even hear it. I have been told not to use ECO on it so it is not enabled! All cables you can need come with it plus enough PCI-E ports for any video card! Fantastic warranty, hope it lasts!

Does exactly what it needs to do. After a month, its developed horrible coil whine when the GPU is put under moderate or higher stress. I am absolutely certain its not the GPU making the noise. I did not notice it until I put in an AIO for the CPU to replace a 10+ year old fan.

Not cheap in either build quality nor price. Good for those high demand builds. I like it.

Just terrible, now I have to go thru the hassle of returning this, cause an incompetent company doesnt know how to make a power supply. Made a loud pop, and most likey blew a capacitor, still runs, but is probably damging my system, what a waste of time thanks EVGA :( very dissatisfied

Also comes from a reputable brand, so I dont worry about it killing my PC. Overall quality product

I purchased this PSU as I was upgrading my GPU and needed a higher wattage. After installing, I eagerly switched the power on... to nothing. A small click and a flash of a VGA LED motherboard light were the only indications of life. Try as I might I spent hours and hours troubleshooting; clearing CMOS in every way possible, rewiring the entire computer, quadruple checking all ports for loose connections, and unseating the GPU to run without. All of this to no avail. I gave up and headed to the nearest Microcenter to get it looked at. They were attentive and genuinely interested in fixing my machine, and quickly found out that, you guessed it, my brand new PSU was busted. And no way to repair, besides buy another.

works as directed , super quiet so far. probably the quietest power supply i ever owned

Really good psu but the way they are handled on the shipping side is what causes most people to get a broken one, also you will feel some heat with this one so dont freak out if you are new to a higher watt psu, now easy install everything labeled, now recommend based on what I said earlier about way things are shipped try it before putting in case so you know if its operational if its not very likely it had a rough trip

i was a fan of evga products but the quality now is bad ! Noise , random shut downs , very bad quality
