Exo Terra Terrarium Lock

Works great and keeps little hands from letting your friends out. I love it and you will too! To me, its the best!

I have two of these. One I’ve had for almost a year now and it’s great—easy to use and serves its purpose. Unfortunately the second one I purchased, which arrived Jan 12, has already broken less than 1 month later. A metal piece fell out of it while removing it from the tank and I was unable to fix it.

We use these on multiple cages and have no complaints. They work fantastic on our Ferret Nation Brand Cage as if they were made specifically for them as well.

I thought this was an awesome little lock that would keep kids out of the Exo terra cage that I bought for my beardie, however as it would turn out the latch still opens when the lock is on and the doors open up plenty wide enough for a small child to reach in and take my beardie out. I wish it was adjustable so that even if the doors opened they would only open a tiny amount. I do not consider this product to be child proof at all so beware.

The doors on an Exo Terra can still be opened an inch and a half or more and left ajar when using this lock allowing your expensive animals to escape.

Perfect to lock up my terrarium!

These were much higher priced elsewhere, great for piece of mind that your awesome snake wont get out!!
