This product did not work with my Windows 7, I sent the item back and it’s been over a month and still haven’t received a refund. I definitely don’t recomend this product!

For some reason my laptop decided that it did not like my new password. I am certain that I was using the correct password. Regardless I was locked out. Followed directions & this worked immediately. So easy & im no computer guru!!

I used this disk to reset my administrative password. Judging from some of the other reviews, the most frequent problem seems to be getting the disk to boot, which often requires using the computers BIOS setup to specify the boot device. This setup varies from computer to computer, so there is no way to include complete instructions in the password reset programs documentation. The programs menus were fairly straightforward and intuitive. The entire process, including BIOS setup, took about 15 minutes. This product is an excellent value for the price.

Well worth it worked awesome no problems what some ever definitely would recommend buying the product.

Did exactly what it said it would do

I used this Product Yesterday 09/29/2018 Saturday on a friends HP Pavilion laptop computer that he was locked out of because he forgot his local Admin Password,the software disc worked Perfectly as advertised I was able to rest his Password quickly and he was very surprised because the techs at best buy & Frys Electronics had told him that they would have to re format the Hard Drive & re install his OS Operating System and they were going to charge him over 100 plus dollars. After i finished he was a very happy customer and i know he will be back when he has problems with his Laptop, Plus he will spread the word to his friends as well. Thank You
