IT DIDNT WORK!!!

The CD worked as advertised and I was able to get back onto my Dell computer with windows vista within a few minutes. The written directions were more complex than what I needed. As long you change the initial boot to CD prior to start-up and change to boot from hard drive after the repair, it will work fine.

For some reason my laptop decided that it did not like my new password. I am certain that I was using the correct password. Regardless I was locked out. Followed directions & this worked immediately. So easy & im no computer guru!!

OMG thank you thank you thank you. It took me a few minutes to get the right keys but this disk works like magic. Thank you so much. You saved me hours and money sending the computer to our corporate office. Definitely worth the money!!!

Worked flawlessly on a a not so new laptop with a forgotten password.

Worked like a charm! I was back in my computer within minutes. Worth the money if you don’t have other means. You do need a cd drive though.
