Glad to finally have a password reset disk for Windows 10.

This is easy to use and works great!

It only took 5 mins to reset my password.

It was quick and easy to use.

Finally got into a computer that we had sat to the side when we got our new one. Easy instructions and quickly reset the password without losing everything

Luckily I had done a lot of troubleshooting before I ordered the CD to reset my password and was somewhat familiar with the process from on-line You Tube videos. The instructions that came with the CD were not only repetitive, but left out all of the finishing steps. There were about three more steps after resetting the password that were not included in the directions. I was amazed it worked in the end. If you improve your directions (half of a torn piece of paper) - youd have a better product and experience for the end-user.

The Disk does not work on XP and the 24 hour tech help means it takes 24 hours between each question they ask you.

I knew how the change to boot from internal cd. However there is nothing in SAM Directory. No Admin or User Name. Now waiting for Customer Service, which says may take Hours to answer via Messenger. Will give different rating if ever this works!

Wouldnt recommend

This disc was super easy to use. I used it on windows vista, and was able to unlock my laptop super quick. Strongly recommend.
