Feather Double Edge Safety Razor Blades 100 Count

I have been using my Feather Razor along with the Feather Blades for about a year now. Both my beautiful bald head and my face have not suffered ANY nicks or cuts. I get a very clean, close shave every time I use the razor and blades, combined. I also use a shave mug with brush and shaving soap for a thick, wet lather when I shave. Forget about the foam in a can cream!

Ive used Derbys & Shark blades. Feathers are far superior and you can feel it with the first swipe of the blade. They just cut better/cleaner. However with a sharp blades comes a greater learning curve and less forgiveness with cutting yourself.

I just received (50) of these blades and to date have only shaved with them one single time. The shave was unbelievable, I kept checking my razor because I didnt think the blade was making contact as it was so smooth. That after a 3 day beard growth while traveling, still smoother than any razor or blade Ive used to date. Typically I use Derby Extras which are a great value but grab and tug when I skip a day of shaving. These are considerably more expensive but based on my one shave well worth the additional money. I tend to skip a shave at least once per week so having something that will give a pleasant shave if I do is preferred. As well I could not tell the blade had dulled by the time I finished two passes over my entire face and neck. I read these reviews and think what ever because everyone is always praising one accessory, blade or item but trust me these blades are exceptional. In fact after only my single shave I just ordered (100) more blades as they are currently on sale. I will use my Derbys until theyre depleted and when I have shaved within the previous 24 hours, otherwise it will be pure Feathers from this date forward.

Perfect shave every time, but dont use a single blade more than three or four times. Great price, great quality.

These blades are great, no competition on the market. Consistent, sharp and smooth. Took a couple shaves for my skin to adjust from the derby blades I was most recently using. I get 4-5 great shaves per blade change.

I got a safety razor to save cost on purchasing disposables. In doing so, I bought a 100-pack of Feather razors (10 packs w/10 razors each), since they come highly recommended by safety razor aficionados. Theyre ok. I leave my razor in the shower, wet, after shaving, and Ive noticed the blades will rust after a day or two. Being hi-stainless steel I thought theyd be more rust-resistance than that. Also, I only get about 1 to 2 shaves with them before they dull out to the point of not being comfortable. Overall, still cheaper than buying disposables. However, I dont get as close of a shave with the safety razor as I did with disposables. It could be attributed to the razor Im using rather than the blades. I know thats the case with disposables, as certain ones gave me a close shave while others couldnt cut worth anything. The blades seem ok, and cut through coarse morning stubble, then I do a second pass against the grain to get a close shave. Its just the second pass doesnt get as close as the disposables used to. Like I said, still a better value than using disposables, though.
