I live in NYC which has pretty good water, but heavy chlorine and who knows what kind of pipes we have. I switched from Brita because I liked the idea of reusable cartridge holders. We drink a lot of water (about 2-3 gallons a day), so the pods dont last 2 months, but when I pull them out, the color is scary! Water tastes good, too. Makes my tea much better to drink, too.

Only used 1 of these replacements and stopped using the product all together because the water had a strange taste when using that was not experienced with my original product.

Love not wasting extra plastic and saving money!

These filters give the water a chemical taste that is disagreeable. Will not repurchase. Good idea to recycle the plastic holders and only replace the filtration material but it is a fail in my opinion. I never experience this with the Britta filters but they do add more to the landfill.

These are a staple in our house as replacement filters for our Clear Genius water filter. They work beautifully and make less of an impact on landfills than other brands of water filter replacements.

You cant beat the price , and you certainly cant beat the taste of their filtered water !!!

These filters get the job done at a much more reasonable price than the famous brand filters -- bought them with the Clear Genius water pitcher, also very reasonably priced. Here in the Sonoran Desert its hard to keep hydrated and our water can taste funky, especially in summer. But no more -- this system delivers sweet fresh water and I love it!
