Packaging could be improved with negligible cost. Been a month and I/we are happy with this filter so far. Performs well and seems to be capable of over a month of service. There is no visible build up of contaminants after a month, it removes all allergens as far as I can tell. Odors, Id agree on %50 removal which is great for the airflow this filter is allowing. This is an honest item for a reasonable price.

With the multiple grades of filtration, Filtrete is a must-have for individuals needing good filtration. The higher the rating, the more it covers. For a family with asthma, our 1500 rating ones are the bare minimum we need to lessen our attacks and maintain some form of proper breathing. On top of it, my beloved has many allergies that can trigger an attack without proper filters. These filters help reduce the likelihood of an attack happening. It does not prevent completely, but it does reduce the severity.

The filters are fine and the same ones I usually purchase. But this time, I ordered a 2-pack and was dissatisfied with the packaging. There are two filters sandwiched together like wallboard. And there is just 1 piece of cling wrap around both units. Marginally better for the environment, but I prefer something to protect the unused filter in storage. (Multi-packs often have everything in a bag)

I’ve been using 3M allergen filters for many years. I want to make sure my house air is as free of dust and dander as I reasonably can, so I use these and change more often than recommend to insure they don’t draw down the effectiveness of my airflow (usually two months). Having them delivered right to my door at a competitive price is a huge convenience! No need to make a special trip to get them, and I get just the size I need.

A good filter. You can spend a fortune if you want to filter out everything. This seems to be a decent range filter for a decent price. I buy the two pack and change them every ninety days. It will extend the life of the unit.
