Filtrete 16x20x1 Air Filter, MPR 1500, MERV 12, Healthy Living Ultra-Allergen 3-Month Pleated 1-Inch Air Filters, 6 Filters

These are the only filters we can find in this size. Have tried buying from others but they always end up sending the wrong size. These are really expensive but not much of choice when you can’t find this size anywhere. The quality and size is accurate.

These fit perfectly, did a wonderful job filtering / cleaning up all the strands of fur coming from my cats being sucked into my duct work! Cant imagine the mess Id have with a lesser filter. Ive been using these for several years and have been very happy.

The permanent filters made out of steel might be longer-lasting but these paper Filtrete are exactly what I wanted and are extraordinarily easy to install.

I couldnt be happier with my Filtrete MPR 1500 purchase! I received 2 premium Filtrete furnace filters for such an amazing price. By replacing our lesser quality filter with a Filtrete MPR 1500 filter, we immediately noticed an overall decrease in dust. There has also been a noticable difference in the air quality in our home. I definitely recommend these Filtrete MPR 1500 furnace filters!

Does a good job

These are about the limit of what feels like a comfortable level of strain on the HVAC unit. Anymore filtration seems like it might have a negative impact on the units life. We have two of these in line (top and bottom) of a 18-20 return duct and a considerable amount of force is exerted when the unit is running. For smaller returns I would recommend a lower level filtration, but Im no certified HVAC guy. These perform well, allot more surface area than cheapo filters. We typically see ~5 month lifespans (although we have pushed 7months). Again, we have two of these massive filters in line which is why we push nearly twice the lifespan, I dont think it is the product alone that is lasting so long. I cant say exactly how well it performs compared to its rating, but the return area is dust free. Also has a nice snug fit to ensure airflow is through the filter, along with an airflow indicator to ensure proper installation.

I really like this filter. Wish it werent as expensive as it is. And I wish there was a better way to store the filter in waiting. But This is the only filter I feel comfortable purchasing even at this ridiculous price. Ugh. Lol

As a filter, it’s fine. But it won’t pair with my IPhone so all the tech I bought it for is useless. Tried for over 2 hours and both my wifi networks. (5 and 2.5). So if it won’t pair, it’s just a normal filter. Kicking myself for this huge waste of money and time. Update: it says it can’t connect with “local monitoring station.” I did a quick to find out what that is and it isn’t listed anywhere for Filtrete.

Great filter as always

It does what a filter is supposed to do. It gets clogged up with all the stuff you dont want in your lungs. Thats a good thing.
