Good filters but even though they are a two-pack, they should be individually wrapped to protect the extra one. Not a good packaging design.

I am a very cheap person when it comes to filters. And usually I find my self dusting constantly. I couldnt figure out why my house was always so dusty. Well, I finally decided to change the filter, and these are the ones I picked. Holy COW...I could tell a HUGE difference. It was like night and day. WILL NOT be going back to the cheap brand. Sometimes its ok to cut corners, but NOT with your filter.

I have ordered the same product twice and its easy to install and my daughter have bad allergies, so these are great to have.

I’ve used this brand of filters for years so I figured it would be a safe buy. WRONG!! The first filter in the pack had a crushed corner that had to been done before packaging. I used it anyway but in a week the fan had sucked it out of its snug fixture and began howling like a wind storm. The second one looked fine but after a week the frame began to fail and the fan tunnel sucked it out of its snug fixture and began howling loudly. The cardboard frame on these filters is much to flimsy. I checked identical filters at my local Walmart and the frames are much much strong. I think the pack I got on Amazon cannot be standard… they must be cheap rip-offs. I just put my 4th filter in and expect the same failure in about a week. After that I will be buying locally because I’m 87 years old and I can’t keep climbing a larder to replace faulty filters. I feel ripped off.

Do the job

I took measurements from my last filter I had (different brand) and matched it up to this one. I have a in the ceiling filtration system so my filter goes into a vent in the ceiling. I went to put this in and it is a VERY VERY tight fit, not at all like my previous filters. I was a bit displeased I had to scrunch it in, but it worked. I havent noticed any big changes in the air compared to my previous filters as of yet. Will update after pulling the filter out.

My air conditioner stopped working. The tech said it was due to using these filters! I was shocked. He said the brand is bad and nobody uses it in the industry. He said the level 12 filters put too much stress on the system and thats what caused it to ice up.

Product is great. Amazon did not print the address label correctly and so it was left with a neighbor.
