As an allergy sufferer, I find these filters greatly cut down on the allergens in the house (not scientifically verified, but just that I think I sneeze less than before I had them). They are well worth the high price.

I like the filtrete brand. sometimes i think of trying another brand, but i seem to stick with this one. Easy to install helps clean the air much better than other basic filters.

My home is easier on my sinuses during allergy season because of these, in addition to vacuuming.

The only furnace filter I trust. 1900 by 3M. It really makes a huge difference in air filtration without being too harsh on air flow. Recommended!

I have purchased 6 pack of FILTRETE UA20 DC -Ultimate Allergen Reduction Filters 1900 MPR 12x24x1 before and was very happy with it. I found it on Amazon.com at a lower price and after ordering it, I received it quickly. It does a good job reducing allergens through the furnace system.
