Filtrete 20x25x1, AC Furnace Air Filter, MPR 1900, Healthy Living Ultimate Allergen, 2-Pack (exact dimensions 19.69 x 24.69 x 0.78)

I ordered six of these filters, and they arrived within one week, in a tightly packed and sealed box. They arrived without damage, and were all identified as authentic 3M 100 MVR 13 filters. They are sturdy, high quality filters, albeit it somewhat expensive. However, here in Eugene Oregon, we have been getting remnants of light smoke due to Californias wildfires, and I thought purchasing a higher quality filter was in order. I am definitely not disappointed.

Still we’re in great quality no damage at all wish they still had a plastic wrapper but they weren’t dirty. Would definitely get again. Arrived very quickly. Great value

A couple of months ago, I purchased 3 six-packs of Filtrete Ultimate Allergen Filters (Level 1900) for my CHA. I opened one package and installed two filters. Some time later, I looked at the other filters in the package and determined that one of the filters was defective (cardboard frame around filter was coming loose). I opened the other two six-packs and found a second filter with the same problem. I checked the web site and I found that I was past the return date. I like the company and their filters, and this is a problem that I have never had before. Warning! Check every filter when you receive them, even if you dont plan to use them immediately.

Ive tested a LOT of filters over the years for shop air filtration systems. THIS filter is the only one that gives very low flow resistance (lower than most MERV 8 filters) but, at the same time, it offers 94% filtration efficiency for particles > 0.5 microns. The secret is that this filter has about 2x as many pleats as every other filter Ive tested so it has about the same filtration area as a 4 filter. Thats how it gives the best of both worlds... low flow resistance like the cheap fiberglass filters and high filtration efficiency (MERV13) at the same time. I wont use any other filter from now on. Kudos to the 3M engineers who put this one together.

Unfortunately these are not correctly sized. They are at least .5 inches wider than the filters I was using in my HVAC unit; therefore, they dont fit. Had to return them.

The filters that were delivered were bent. We are still using them, but just be aware.

It does a great job filtering dust/germs that we could have breathed. We have three air returns and have installed a Filtrete each. The attached photo is a three-month job.
