> 24 hourJust what I needed watched a couple of YouTube videos on the process made the swap no problem. The home button does feel a bit cheaper than the original.

> 24 hourThe pre-glued on parts were nice, but they were not centered properly and pinched one of the flat cables. The screen worked for a few days then started to behave weird, like someone was pressing on the screen when in fact nobody was. Slightly prying back up the screen where the pinched cable was helped, but it will need to be completely replaced.

> 24 hourI wasn’t sure about trying this but I didn’t want to pay someone $100 to replace the screen. The instructions are too small. I watched a YouTube video as I did it. It took about an hour to replace the screen. It fit perfect and good quality tools were included. Don’t pay someone to do this. If I have to replace the screen again, I think I could do it in 20 minutes

> 24 hourMost of the tools were missing and the instructions were impossible to navigate. Ill update if we can get this to work at all.

> 24 hourInstalled fine. Doesn’t adhere well on the right side even though it was thoroughly clean and obstruction free. Also cracked within 3 days when my son plopped it on the floor a little roughly (face up) - it was in a durable case and had a glass screen protector on it. No cracks on the screen protector, but this screen cracked beneath it. Not very happy or impressed overall, but at least the iPad is usable again - for now.
