Fixcracked for Touch Screen Replacement Parts Digitizer Glass Assembly Ipad Air 1st + WiFi Antenna Cable and Professional Tool Kit (White)

While overall the screen is okay and the tools, pre-applied adhesive, and extra parts were welcome, the home button has major issues. This is the second replacement screen I purchased from these guys and both times the home button got pushed in and jammed (within a matter of hours of first use). From there it is just endless fidgeting to get the home button to press. Avoid purchasing from this vendor if you need your home button to work.

Every looks great, I love how I got all the tools to make an excellent screen replacement. The packaging was awesome but at the time of actually putting this screen to work it’s displeasing. It does not work properly, some sections of this screen are not sensitive to touch. It just does not work.. this item should be deeply tested before sending it to customers.

Installed fine. Doesn’t adhere well on the right side even though it was thoroughly clean and obstruction free. Also cracked within 3 days when my son plopped it on the floor a little roughly (face up) - it was in a durable case and had a glass screen protector on it. No cracks on the screen protector, but this screen cracked beneath it. Not very happy or impressed overall, but at least the iPad is usable again - for now.

Fit and finish was excellent. But the replacement was tedious and painstaking

Instead of throwing away my iPad Air 2, I gave it a new life with this kit which had everything I needed to do it myself- and my kids love it thank you!

At first I was sckeptical to even try this since Ive never changed a screen on anything. Im a mom so it was risky. The hardest part was getting my old screen off(it took slot of heating up with my blow dryer) but after that I was just careful to not loose the screws, it was 5 that I had to take out. Took me a good 3-4 hours but I was so happy with the results . My iPad looks great and works great too.

the screen it self it working fantastic like original so smooth and kit help a lot for install and remove. BUT HOOME BUTTOM IS HORRIBLE , IT SINK DONW AFTER 3DAYS USE. AM PRETTY SURE IT WILL STUCK SOME TIME SOON. you make your decision

Works great but pretty fragile.

Upset with this product quality, mostly because of the home button assembly. Upon completing the install and testing out the iPad before final assembly, the home button was not functioning. Upon closer inspection, I could see that it was poorly put together, and the button was sliding out of alignment with the cable. I ended up having to scavenge the home button from the old digitizer. I was really excited about the product, but in the end it was a disappointment. Also developed a hairline crack, so I had to reorder the part. Going with a different vendor.

The home button broke in the first 5 days, the touch screen went out out within 3 weeks. I can not recommend this product.
