> 24 hourIts a FLUKE. Nothing more to say, works great for general purpose use.

> 24 hourThe meter works as advertised. It arrived within the specified delivery date range, and the order contained what was advertised. One thing, Fluke calls it a compact multimeter. Ive never met a Fluke compact meter, but then again, I didnt expect a compact meter.

> 24 hourAs far as I am concerned, Fluke meters are the gold standard. I enjoy using quality tools and this Fluke meter is a pleasure to use. Fluke meters are relatively expensive compared to other alternatives. In my opinion the ruggedness and performance of these instruments merit the additional cost. Fluke makes different versions of the multimeter selling at different prices. Choosing the model that meets the need and fits the budget requires some research and thought. I recommend this particular meter for its ease of use and feature set. I also purchased the Fluke 681114 Large Soft Case for Digital Multimeters. It is an attractive rugged soft case with generous space for the model 115 meter, standard probes and the instruction manual.

> 24 hourI was using some cheap ones as I though they were fine until I took the plunge and got this one. Worth every penny and helped me in ways I never expected. Fluke simply work and perform the best.

> 24 hourThis is a great sized meter packed with features. The lighted display is a plus along with its large display. The meter being much smaller than the 87, makes it more convenient.

> 24 hourFinally I found a Quality basic meter that does what I want. I have purchased many other multimeters, but I love this one.

> 24 hourI bought this to help test components eg diodes, transistors (NPN/PNP) and finally.. capacitors, all worked pretty much except for caps it will give you the values correctly but the final test should be with an ESR meter as the fluke provided accurate capacitance but he ESR meter diagnosed a defective component that other wise you would have thought was good

> 24 hourI was so frustrated with my EXTECH 430 that I went out and bought this one it was twice the cost of the EXTECH but it is worth every penny. The EXTECH was passable for V, resistance, and continuity, but was bad for diodes and capacitance. This FLUKE is so much better and stable as an instrument.
