Not very bright, yes I know about the dimming feature. The app is poor and non-intuitive. I guess you’re paying for Bluetooth and it being dimmable. Cannot light a tall tank. Overall really overpriced.

This is a nice light with good features. Using it on a 29 gal. Planted tank and I have no complaints about the light so far. I was however disappointed with the way my package was shipped. The shipper basically took the retail box and slapped the shipping label on it with no extra tape. I received it with the box open all parts exposed and the factory tape was the only thing holding the box closed and that came unglued, hence I received the box already opened. Who knows if the parts ever fell out of the box during shipping but hopefully not.

To be completely honest. In comparison to other tools you may buy, the price tag for what you get isn’t bad. The Pro mode really unlocked the true potential of this light. The fact you can run say, run blues and whites in the morning, 4 hours of the day on 100% power with warm white/pink with no blue towards the end of the day. Truly is what I’ve always wanted growing up as a kid in the hobby. Mimics nature the best one could.

Nice adjustable light. I just love the app, easy to program.

This is programable for time on, time off, brightness and duration. It took me a little time to master it, but I got it done. Just a little too expensive, but its durable. I have two.

Excellent light. Software works just fine... BUT If you mount this on an aquarium as-is, it will be laying FLAT against the top of your aquarium. There are *no* risers included, nor does Fluval sell any risers. The only other option is an additional hanging kit (not included of course) and even then if your ceiling is higher than a few feet--you know, like normal houses--youll have to buy even more wiring on top of that. Fluvals answer? Visit your local hardware store You can see the smaller Nano fluval light comes with a mount and how low the 3.0 sits. Simply ridiculous.

The fixture is low profile, sleek, and just looks great! It’s very bright and lights up my planted 15g very well. The app is pretty cool. Has some great features and let’s you control pretty much everything you could need to. It’s a little pricey tho IMO...

I have only good things to say about the light . It showed up in its box and sat on my porch. If anyone were to recognize it’s value they would have taken it for sure. This item should be put in a secondary box or wrapped in packing paper.
