> 24 hourI installed six of these today, very easy to do. A suggestion when you are mounting the brackets: Mount the one on the wall first, then before you screw the other one to your bookshelf, put the cable through both brackets. Then you can just move the shelf bracket around until you get the right tension on the cable. Also, a good way to find the wall stud is to put a magnet in a plastic bag and try to find one of the drywall nails. Once you find it, mark the spot where you will drill the hole. Dont leave the magnet on the wall once you find the stud. My magnet slipped off the wall as I was banging around and dropped behind the shelf, grrrr :-(

> 24 hourI needed to secure a tall,6+ feet tall unit that holds all my quilting fabric. A little cumbersome to get everything lined up. The biggest challenge was looping the wire through enough times to keep it from wobbling and pitching forward . Still a bit of play but looks like it’s holding ok

> 24 hourThe cables are not nearly as thick and substantial as they appear to be in the pictures in the description but I’m confident they will do the job. Easy to install.

> 24 hourBrackets are smaller than expected about 2” long and ½” wide. I could not get the metal loop to connect into a circle. My manual dexterity wasn’t up to the challenge. I also feel that because the metal is a specific length and to hold properly it should be spaced a specific distance from second bracket. The instructions do not say. The instructions also want you to replace the metal strap every two years. Who will remember to do that? Anyway, I used zip ties and they work great.

> 24 hourAfter screwing in the screws that came with the anchors I could pull them out by hand. Had to buy fatter screw foe them to grip to the provided wall anchors and it worked fine. I am worried that people who anchor furniture with the screws provided will have a false sense of security. You should probably remove this product from Amazon until you have corrected the issue

> 24 hourI actually used these to secure down my outdoor sectional to my deck. I live in a very windy area & I was tired of things blowing away. They have worked perfectly, even had at 55mph gust and nothing budged! Very happy!

> 24 hourI really wanted to like these anchors, but have two things that ultimately made me very “meh” about them. First, the drywall anchors they have are awfully flimsy for something that’s supposed to hold furniture to the wall. I tried different (stronger) ones but they ended up being too close together because of how close the holes are on the tiny piece is that attaches to the wall. So that’s not ideal. Second, the metal “cord” loop basically makes it kinda wobbly. So if what you’re worried about is someone bumping something and knocking the piece over, you’re probably safe. If you’re worried about your 4-year old twins climbing up it or a 7.0 earthquake, I’d get something different.
