Wore this vest during Grouse season, fit great and was fairly light weight and has multiple access pockets for holding pouch.

Seems to be well made, but it is big. I’m 5’11” and 175, and the Large swallows me. I do like the front entry game pockets, and the ammo pockets are plenty big for lots of shotshells. You might want to order one size smaller than your usual. Gamehide, I would gladly pay more for a vest made in the USA.

A little more orange would be nice, but fits well and does the job.

I read a few reviews that the vest is to large for the ordered size I didnt have that problem. I wear a large coat and ordered a large vest fits great its a little large with a tee shirt but with a jacket or coat its great. I like the two front pockets with snap flaps large enough for a range finder and goodys in the other or ammo. The game pocket is huge the hole back with 4 entrances to keep game in and there enough orange to keep Mister Ranger happy. A really great buy for the money and its very useful and not clumsy by any means.

Great game vest. Medium fits me perfectly. It’s not meant to be warm as the review asks. It’s meant to serve a purpose while hunting pheasant and small game, which it does while also looking stylish.

It is a very durable vest and it has plenty of room to wear over a sweater or shirt.
