Garmin 010-01746-00 Forerunner 935 Running GPS Unit (Black)

Love this watch. Against my expectations it’s pretty much become my daily wear.

This watch is amazing. Like I said, I dislike watches; I dont like them on my wrist, and I get annoyed at how easily I become slave to time-checking. I bought this for running and general physical activity (I own a Garmin bike computer so I probably wont use it for that). The watch feels great on my wrist. I am generally unaware of it due to the comfort level of the band. I tried a third party band and took it off after a couple of hours because it didnt fit as well.

Watch comes as advertised. Tons of features and easy to use.

I like the watch overall. Very great watch for running and monitoring health. Unfortunate there is no Spotify compatibility like in other Garmin watches but a great running watch which is what you’re really paying for. Not sure if this was the same for other people but every time I have worn the watch my wrist gets pretty irritated. I have disinfected it a few times in case it was anything my watches had picked up. It hasn’t worked and it is very inconvenient to need to buy a new watch strap for a new watch. I’ve been a long distance track runner for over 10 years and have never had this issue with any watch I have had before (mainly Ironman watches).

I am absolutely loving my 935. Everything I need and none of the fluff. I used used it on a 50K last weekend, and it had all the battery life and more than I needed. It also pulled way less power from my phone allowing my battery on my phone to last much, much longer. I have found all the functions easy to use and really enjoy the reporting of the VO 2, and heart rate. I stayed in the my bpm heart rate zone the entire race and stayed below my lactic threshold, allow me to finish strong and recover quicker. Great unit Garmin. I am a fan.

Everything I needed

Appreciate the ability to customize activity fields, such as using a single large display for heart rate or pace that can be easily seen while biking or running without my reading glasses. Also like the wrist sensor that avoids the chest strap for heart rate in terrestrial activities. GPS lock on to satellites is much faster than my previous forerunner.
