Garmin 010-01746-00 Forerunner 935 Running GPS Unit (Black)

Im upgrading from a 235 because of comfort. The HR redesign bump on the 935 is all day usage. I was deciding between 5S (less battery and heavy) and 5 (equal battery and heavy). The 935 is actually flatter then the 5S my office buddy has. I use it for swim, run and cycling. The only option I wish it offer is sapphire, for now screen protector will do.

I love this watch. I run, swim, bike, lift weights and this watch does it all. And, it is so light weight. No metal to clank around. Battery life for weeks. Without using GPS much i can get two weeks out of a single charge. If i train hard and ride with GpS on i can get at least a week. And i wear it almost 24 / 7. Works with my cadence monitor and tri heart rate monitor without flaws. Would definitely recommend it.

I had an issue with the HR monitor cracking/flacking and HR inaccuracy. Unfortunately, I contacted Garmin and they wouldnt help me as they said this was an Asian variant. No where in the description does it say you are receiving an Asian variant watch. I might be out $400+ dollars on a watch that lasted 4 months.

Went from the Garmin Fenix 2 to the Forerunner 935...love that it is much thinner and lighter. I actually dont mind wearing it constantly (to work and even while sleeping). I wasnt really into counting steps or monitoring sleep and planned to use it for just Ironman training but find I enjoy the full day estimates it provides on the garmin connect app (such as sleep analysis, calorie counts for the day and even the steps). Has a million features, most of which I will never use. A few of the upgrades from the Fenix 2 that I love include the backlight comes on automatically when you turn your arm and the drill feature/option while swimming. These are game changers for me! Its a bit expensive but still cheaper than the Fenix 5 and I think just as good, maybe better!

Adquirí mi primer reloj de este modelo hace aproximadamente 2 años, un año después me empezó a fallar y quedó inutilizable, apliqué la garantía con Garmin y me dieron otro. Hoy se repite la historia, curiosamente después de 1 año, como mi primer reloj, este nuevo empezó a fallar... Fuí más cuidadoso con este nuevo reloj y aún así se estropeó, cuando lo prendo no me deja salir de un menú que me pide borrar los datos de mi usuario.
