After owning different Garmin for 15 years this is a leap into the best technology available.

Terrible connecting to phone and Cadence not pairing to unit. Hopefully this was a bad unit. Sending it back for a replacement. So I hope the new one works properly.

Has proved an improvement to the 820 I had previously

So in short I like the computer. I have not been able to get it to pair with my Bontrager Duotrap speed and cadence sensor yet but that is probably my fault. What I cannot tolerate is the Garmin Connect app. When trying to create custom routes it would constantly reroute me to busier, flatter roads. I own property on a backroad that is very hilly but it constantly changed my route if I tried to go over the hill in the route creator. Also the app would not shut down on my phone(Samsung Note20) even if I force stopped it. I had to uninstall the app to shut it off. So again decent bike computer plagued by terrible supporting software.

I upgraded from the Garmin 810-what an improvement! Battery life is just about double the 810; I like the additional features, particularly the ability for wireless synch with my phone and it was easy to set up.

I do a lot of biking, road and mountain, and Ive always used apps like Map My Ride or Strava to track my activities on my phone. Theyre nice but they drain my battery so quickly that a day out riding meant extra weight with portable chargers. The Garmin lets me spend all day on the trails, tracking significantly more info than the apps, while maintaining a strong battery life. I also like the link to Trailforks and Strava so I can explore new areas without getting lost. One complaint I have is that the out front mount is a little weak. I had a minor crash on a flow trail, one that the mount should have survived I thought, but the locking ring on the mount broke. The unit itself suffered no damage though so I was happy about that!

Me encanta y es indispensable en cada salida en bici. Aparte es fundamental para mis objetivos en la bici

Had the unit for about 1 month now. So far, everything is great. Battery life, accuracy, customizing screens, tracking distance, calories, max, avg speeds. Comes with multiple ways to mount on bike. Put the mounting bracket on both bikes so easy to move from one to another.

la confezione presentava assenza di sigillo e con evidente apertura dela scatola... il garmin presentava una tacca frontale come se fosse stato sbattuto
