I bought one of these for my wife as was so impressed I bought one for me. It is a compact unit with plenty of power and connections. It is very quiet and has performed beyond my expectations. Other family members have also ordered after hearing how much I like it. I use it with dual monitors and have had no issues since December. Highly recommend.

EDIT: GEEKOM has been helpful trying to address my issue. Ive added 1 star for that alone and their promise to make this right. They provided a bios update as a possible fix for the fan. After installation it definitely helped, but unfortunately the unit remains VERY loud at times. Its annoying when it does rev up, but overall its much better and Ill be keeping the machine (which has worked flawlessly otherwise.)

This tiny computer is packed with power and it is a great value at the sale price of $400. Keep in mind that although it comes with Microsoft Windows 11, you will need to add the usual accessories -- monitor, keyboard, mouse and your own choice of software.

Brought this pc for my home office. It is small and mighty!! Provides all the power and processing speed I need.

PC shuts off for no reason, and cannot be turned back on. Technical support provides terrible solutions. I would give zero stars if I could.

This is my first mini pc and Ill be honest - I dont NEED a desktop ever again. I might get one just for really extreme projects that require insane CPU, but for what I do - graphic design, 4k video editing, audio editing, etc - this thing has been perfectly fine. In fact, more reliable than the Predator gaming laptop I was using previously - much more reliable. Its fast, handles programs like Unreal Engine, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, In Design, Audacity, etc. with ease (and simultaneously). Im running a million different USB and HDMI cables out of this thing (via an attached USB hub) and its handling all of it perfectly fine. Noise isnt ZERO but its probably comparable to your Xbox or typical laptop. No overheating so far and Im running two huge monitors off of it. Being completely honest, this has been the most competent computer Ive personally ever owned so far. Now, Im not a huge gamer but I typically buy gaming PCs/laptops because the specs for most gaming devices are usually plenty for my design and editing needs. But just from how it feels and how fast the computer is running with all of these demanding programs I have running on it makes me think that at least casual gaming should be fine on this thing. VR feels like a different beast entirely so Ill leave that to people who know more about it, but Id say you should be fine with most everything else.

The computer wont start. I returned it the next day. The return was received three days ago, but I am still waiting for the refund after.

My old tower pc was noisy and although upgraded several time was antiquated. This little beauty has 4 times the ram and twice the storage. Its fast, quiet! I rated the tech support 3 stars because I havent used it yet (hopefully never!). I highly recommend the Geekom Mini!
