fast processor good ability to use multi connections

I used to be a PC gamer, now my focus is on consoles. But my rig was old (built in 2011 for SWtOR) and I needed a new computer. I really only need a PC to pay bills, stream YT, hold all my music and photo files and surf the web.

So far so good. Had to load better drivers to get the sound quality I wanted but still cant exceed 24 X 384. That works for me so all is good. Only get 4K video out the HDMI but not the Mini Display Port. People bad mouth the SSD but its plenty fast for anything I need. Nice little computer.

Cannot comment unopened returned item. Would not accomplish intended use.

I am very pleased with this item. I transferred all my files from the old computer no problem. I especially like the wireless capability and expandability.

Generally speaking, it is a great product. However, I was not able to get the PC to recognize the HDD I wanted to add. Thinking at first that the HDD was defective, I returned it to Amazon. After a while I got another HDD, different brand, and had the same problem. I concluded that the PC itself must be the problem so I contacted customer support via email. They responded fairly quickly (within a day) and worked with me trying to resolve the issue. When nothing seemed to work, the conclusion was again that there was something wrong with the PC, perhaps just the HDD cable. By this time I was beyond the return window for Amazon so I let the customer support people know that. At that point the I was told I would be sent a replacement PC which came within a few days. No issues installing the HDD in that PC and everything works well. (Of course, I had to return the defective one, paying the shipping cost myself.)

All you need! I use this for everyday use. A little gaming here and there. A little video editing for YouTube. It’s really unbeatable at an amazing price and takes up little space

Bought to replace old HTPC. PC is fast and runs everything. Running 4K HDR 60fs on my Sony TV and no issues or lag. Maybe not a gaming PC but its going to work well for what I need it for.

I bought this as a replacement for my old Win7 mini-pc because it didnt have the TPM chip and couldnt upgrade. I received the Mini IT8 within 4 days using regular free shipping (not prime). I swapped out my old mini-pc without a problem. So far, it is working fine without any problems. The documentation amounts to a flyer and not helpful. However, there is a lot of info regarding the Mini IT8 on Google. It did require effort to enable Wake-on-LAN but Google and responsive email support was very helpful. For reference, I am a retired software engineer of 35 years, and use it for occasional photoshop and ms office. No gaming. All in all, a good experience.
