> 3 dayWhat an amazing piece of tech! I looked around for a bit before getting a “work” pc and knew I needed something that wouldn’t take my entire desk. I landed on this one after my brother law gave great feedback on his. He was right my time working on this beast has been extremely smooth and I even was able to play some games which was amazing. I don’t have anything negative to say as I am blown at the performance of this small but mighty tech beast. A+++

> 3 dayI recently purchased the Geekom mini computer and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! I have been using this machine up to 10 hours a day, 6 days a week as a remote freelance IT Project Manager, and it has never failed to impress me with its exceptional performance.

> 3 dayGot this it8 for my mom for Christmas, to replace her aging tower computer that kept freezing up. Got a little nervous on first boot, when I got a device not found message. Dashed off a help request to geekom support. But it didnt get answered right away. So I opened the top to verify the presence of the M2 sata drive. Gave a little wiggle on it and on the memory chips and restarted. (Probably just wiggled loose in shipping.) This time it fired right up into the windows 11 initialization. It was remarkably quick and responsive throughout the process. Still need to try pairing a bluetooth keyboard and mouse when she gets one. She says so far its been great. This is a complete computer system in a tiny desktop package (you can actually mount it to the rear of your monitor if so inclined - comes with VESA mounting hardware). Only need to hook up a monitor (or hd tv), mouse and keyboard and youre good to go. BTW, geekom did get back to me a couple of days later (after the holidays), offering their support - but I told them I already solved the problem. They seemed concerned to provide whatever help was needed. So no alarms there. For me, this is a winning product at a winning price point. Will update if any problems encountered down the road.

> 3 daySo far so good. Had to load better drivers to get the sound quality I wanted but still cant exceed 24 X 384. That works for me so all is good. Only get 4K video out the HDMI but not the Mini Display Port. People bad mouth the SSD but its plenty fast for anything I need. Nice little computer.

> 3 dayMy 79-year-old mother wanted the power of a desktop in a smaller package with simple controls that she could manage. Decided to try this Geekom mini-pc which has turned out to be incredibly quiet, fast, and with no weirdness so far. The graphics is integrated (built into the processor) so it will not match a discrete GPU from the likes of Nvidia or AMD, but I have it sending out the display to a 50 inch HDMI Sony TV (which is easier on my mothers eyes) with no problems. This mini-pc also comes preloaded with both Windows 11 and Ubuntu (the easiest and most user friendly of the LInux distros). Since my mother was already familiar with Windows 7 and 10, I set up the Windows 11 installation for her (I made icons on the desktop for Windows Update for example and some other commonly needed tools and programs, like Google Chrome) and did not introduce Ubuntu to her. One thing I really like about this mini-pc is that is has ZERO bloatware on it. There is no intrusive anti-virus that tries to monitor all the subsystems of the OS, and so on. That said, if you are setting this up for an older (or much younger) person, ... you will need to install several programs to bring the Windows install up to full speed (programs like Z-Zip, Zoom, Skype, Steam, VLC Media Player, etc ....). I used Ninite for this and installed about 30 popular programs all at once and with a nice one touch icon that updates them every day (if needed). The only downside to this little gem is the four USB 3.0 ports, two in front and two in the back. If you need to plug in eight different devices, you will have to use a splitter. Other than that, and I give this unit five stars so far.

16-01-2025My old tower pc was noisy and although upgraded several time was antiquated. This little beauty has 4 times the ram and twice the storage. Its fast, quiet! I rated the tech support 3 stars because I havent used it yet (hopefully never!). I highly recommend the Geekom Mini!

> 3 dayBought this exactly 3 months ago and it has just now died on me. Will not turn on at all! Nothing I do will turn this thing on! And I am a computer literate person. Worked on them all of my life. Will have to service this just to get all of my data back! I will email the seller and see if they are going to make things right with me!

Greater than one weekHad this mini for about 3 weeks now and have been using it as my daily driver for about a week. Initial startup was a bit bumpy. The system was very loud and would not shut down/restart gracefully - took over 12 minutes to shutdown during restart and another 1 minute to boot. Geekom Tech Support basically said (via email) to reinstall Windows and if the problem persisted theyd help me resolve the problem. So, after running MS utilities (DISM and SFC ) and repairing the install things settled down and have been running smoothly. 1st question is how does a corrupt OS install get past quality control?
