This is a surprisingly capable little PC for desktop productivity, media / HTPC, and some content creation or light gaming workloads. Its an Intel NUC-style mini PC built around the Core i5-8259U processor, which is a 28W CPU with an unusually large graphics processor (branded Iris Plus 655) - a custom config Intel made for Apples MacBook Pros a couple cycles ago.

Great little computer, particularly for the money. Setup was a snap and it isnt loaded with bloatware like name brand computers are. Very happy with this purchase.

It is perfect for an Office.

My Mini IT8 was great when it arrived. Nice packaging, easy to set up. Sadly, about a week after I set it up and first turned it on, I was playing an MP3 music list, and about 20 minutes after I started playing it, the Mini IT8 just crashed, and then automatically rebooted. It worked for about another 10 minutes, and then crashed and rebooted again. Then it worked for a couple minutes, crashed and rebooted. This cycle repeated 5 or 6 more times until the PC started crashing only seconds after it rebooted.

I had a problem with the first unit with the HDMI port. I quit working. I got ahold of tech support and they had me send the unit back and sent me a new one which now works like it is supposed to.

I got into Mini PCs a few years back, and have been using a similar Intel unit. Since I needed another one, this fit the bill since it was preloaded with RAM and SSD (the NUC didnt come with any).

Works great. Windows 11.

I bought this as a replacement for my old Win7 mini-pc because it didnt have the TPM chip and couldnt upgrade. I received the Mini IT8 within 4 days using regular free shipping (not prime). I swapped out my old mini-pc without a problem. So far, it is working fine without any problems. The documentation amounts to a flyer and not helpful. However, there is a lot of info regarding the Mini IT8 on Google. It did require effort to enable Wake-on-LAN but Google and responsive email support was very helpful. For reference, I am a retired software engineer of 35 years, and use it for occasional photoshop and ms office. No gaming. All in all, a good experience.

Got this for my mom for Christmas. Absolutely perfect for a general use home PC

Ive owned this model for about 3 months and am more than satisfied. It replaces an old tower with 8 times the RAM, 2 times the CPU speed, 3 more cores and about 1/20th the volume. I upgraded the SSD to 1 TB no sweat. While inside, I could see the physical build is solid and looks like it will last. Everything in my Win10 environment runs without fiddling; even a W95 program runs well! The design is thoughtful, with all the I/O I can use, fast, reliable WiFi and Bluetooth. I think this little unit is a great value.
