> 3 dayThis is my first mini-computer and its the most powerful pc Ive owned. It is very well thought out and very easy to set up. Future memory and data storage upgrades will be a breeze as well. So far, I like it very much. Only time will tell how good its long-term performance will be. I cant rate Geekom tech support yet because there has been no need to use it (thats a good thing). If their tech support is as good as their product appears to be, then I suspect it will also be 5-star.

> 3 dayThis computer replaced an aging computer I had built for X-Plane and MS flight Similiter (It is in the family room with a larger screen, yoo hoo!). Windows 11 was preinstalled and best of all it had no bloatware. Bloatware was why I have built my own computers for the past 12 years. The fan is no lauder than any laptop I have ever used. Stategic placement of the computer would probably mitigate the noise from the fan if you are all that sensitive to the noise.. It does not bother me. The portability will make it the go to computer for my RV. All I have to do is plug it into my television and I have a screen better than any laptop.

Greater than one weekWhen i first got this I was impressed, small and fast, great picture on my 4K monitor. WIN 11 set up very quickly. But sometimes when using it the video to the monitor would suddenly say it was not there. I figured it had gone to sleep, but moving the mouse or tapping the keyboard would not wake it up. Tapping the power button did nothing. Holding the power button to force it to turn off did not work either. Around this time the machines fan really started making noise. Eventually I just disconnected the power supply and let it sit for a while. When i plugged it back in, it finally shut off when i pushed the power button, and i was able to reboot it. Today it did it again, but now I cannot get any video signal out at all, and the fan is even noisier. Sadly i am going to have to return it. I was really looking forward to the small foot print and the power of the I7 with 32G of ram. If it had continued to work, I would have been singing its praises, but unfortunately at this point in time I cannot recommend this amazing compact PC

> 3 dayI just got it yesterday and notnenough time to be able to give an informative review. But I will say that set up was smooth and very easy. Up and running in minutes and it take up virtually no space whatsoever. For being a small piece of tech, it seems to pack some strength in it. Loving it so far.

> 3 dayThis is my first mini-PC. Im a power user who frequently travels and must be able to set-up a workspace quickly - anywhere. I love this Geekom. Its less than 5x5x2 inches. It has enough ports to connect different devices, in different ways and uses a very small power adaptor. Recently, I expanded the cache memory by adding 16GB DDR4 Ram for total 32GB Ram. It slid into the already empty slot. I kept the 512 GB HD because Ive only used 1/4 of its capacity. Instead, I added a 2.5-inch SATA SSD (7mm) and that was so wrong.

> 3 daySolid, easy to set up, quiet, fast. For someone who has built his own desktops, this thing packs a lot of punch. Good value for the money. Had an issue with it in the beginning. GEEKOM support was with me all the way until it was resolved (Turns out that the problem was my monitor.) I think its a winner so far.

> 3 dayI was in need of a new computer but didnt need all the accessories. With 3 USB 3.0 ports and 2 USB type C ports, a 100/1000 mhz network port, HDMI and mini display ports and the memory card slot, what else could you ask for in a home mini computer.
