Greater than one weekI bought this with high expectations, given the number of reviewers that raved about it. I must say Im disappointed. Ive only tried in a few brushes and I am not impressed. The instructions say to lather it - hardly makes a lather. My brushes didnt recover at all that I could see. When I use a bar of soap (and Ive used several brands), I get a much better lather and a clean brush. The reviews gave me the impression that this would somehow rehabilitate brushes that were in bad shape - no changes that I can see. Why spend $9 on bar of soap when I can get the same or better results from a leftover scrap of bath soap?

> 3 dayI can only speak to acrylic paint -- this stuff works! Just follow the directions -- rinse your brush, work the stuff into your wet brush, then massage the bristles under running water and watch the leftover color go down the drain.

> 3 dayIt had always been a cumbersome and time consuming process to clean paint brushes especially after oil paint usage.. I sometimes preferred ordering new set of brushes tossing the old ones out rather than spending time cleaning them with toxic turpentine.. I recently started looking for nontoxic alternative to clean brushes and tried this product. Ive been so so so impressed with the ease of use of this product. I cleaned all of my brushes (that had been sitting uncleaned for literally years i kid you not and I was all set to toss them out) that look like brand new now !! Ammmazed at its performance! I wouldnt use anything else but this and highly recommend it for anybody who wants nontoxic convenient solution to maintaining paint brushes ...

> 3 dayThis stuff just paid for itself by restoring a handful of crunchy bad brushes to second tier use. Brushes are expensive and I had been going the dish soap route with less than great results. (acrylics) My clean brushes were getting pretty ratty from the stripping agents in the soap. This stuff smoothed the bristles back into shape fairly well. Going forward Ill try pink soap for the regular clean and Masters for a periodic condition. Hopefully my brushes will hold up a bit longer.

> 3 dayEasy to use, just whisk your brush across the surface of the soap and work into the bristles.

> 3 dayThis stuff has been around for years and I am never without it. Cleans brushes wonderfully and if you apply the least bit after cleaning brushes it will reshape the bristles.
