The pairing app you are required to download will not recognize the plug. Very frustrating, do not buy this product!

Product requires you to sign up for the gosund app to install the product then pair with google home. 27 attempts have bombed out to bring switch into the Home Group... only purchased to work with Nest/Home... less than worthless since Ill never get the hour of my wasted time back.

Gosund app has a fatal flaw. Works 0% of the time. Smart Life app works perfectly. Nice looking. Too big to have more than one in an outlet.

I use 3 of these to control our TV and streaming devices, a sub woofer wi-fi connected to a sound bar, and our coffee maker.

i cant figure out how to set it up

I bought this smart plug to control a floor lamp that I bought that doesnt allow me to replace the light bulb. The smart plug was easy to set up and allows me to use my Echo devices to turn the light on and off using my voice. It works very well and Im happy with my purchase.

tried half dozen times to connect to 2.4ghz network -wps/open doesnt matter.. wont connect so its pretty much worthless.

Small enough that it doesnt cover the second outlet in the single gang. And I was happy to see that it was compatible with my Jinvoo Smart application where I manage my other smart plugs.

Great WIFI outlet for controlling lamps and security cameras you dont want to leave on 24/7.

I bought 8 I’ve only gotten 3 to pair. I’ve put 4 in pairing mode manually numerous times and they are located but will not join the network. I will call a support number tomorrow and hopefully they are helpful.
