THIS PRODUCT IS VERY HARD TO FIGURE OUT YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE APP FOR THE PRODUCT AND LINK IT THEN YOU HAVE TO LINK IT TO ALEXA TOOK ME ABOUT THREE HOURS TO FIGURE OUT

My life is way too busy to spend a lot of time figuring out a device. I have years of experience setting up home networks, so this shouldnt have been a challenge. But I could get none of these to connect. I do have a dual band router with 2.4 and 5 GHz, so that may be the problem. But I did all the set up on the the 2.4 with no luck. The app is very clunky and always has ads for products to purchase... I tried with the Smart Life app too because one reviewer said they had success that way. Still no luck... Back they go. As far as the physical product goes, they are nice and sleek looking. But two things I did not like: the units are large enough that you cannot use 2 next to each other in an outlet. Second, the indicator light is on the side of the unit-- it would be so much more helpful for it to be on top. When it is plugged in, if the side with the light is facing away from you, its difficult to see if the light is on or flashing or whatever... I dont understand the thinking behind not putting it where it was more easily accessible.

Very easy to install, I have many of them for the fans, for programing the water to the garden irrigation

I could not get it to connect.

This worked for about 7 weeks and then it completely broke and wouldnt turn on. No lights, nothing. Also you have to download gosunds app which barrages you with popup ads every time you want to access the smart switch which i found to be annoying.

It took me a little while to do all the ins and outs to get this plug working, but after I did, it was worth the effort! Works great!

very easy to install and i love to control it with my phone. Very easy to download the app and use it on iphone and adroid

Wont work if your wifi is 5g, completely useless as well as a couple other products Ive bought lately. Most people have 5g now, please do something to fix this

It took a little while to sync it up with Alexa, but once I got the hang of it, it worked well.

Bought these to automatically turn on and off the lights in my reptile terrariums, whether I’m at home or off on a trip for a few days. They are super cool little appliances that were fairly easy to set up, and I’m surprised they are so affordable. Only giving 4 stars because the app is lacking in some areas. At first, I was putting in my wifi password incorrectly while pairing, and the app didn’t say that my password was incorrect but just that the pairing had “timed out” or “failed” and it suggested I move closer to my router. This led me to believe there was something wrong with my connection or the product rather than my password simply being incorrect. There are also quite a bit of typos in the app, and the home location feature doesn’t seems to do or mean anything because it changes to your current location every time you open it and never stays set. I also haven’t figured out how to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit, I’m not sure that it’s an option (not that it matters because I think it’s displaying the temp of my current location and not my house). Overall, great product for things you need to turn off and on remotely or without being right beside the switch. App needs work but that can always be improved in software updates.
