So glad I was able to find this on amazon for such a great price. These blades make shaving so much easier with the moisture bar and not having to use shaving cream. Obviously razor refills are a must and why spend more when you know you will need them regularly. I like that I can stock up on a great product and now with amazon an even better price then in the store. If you have to shave and dont want to have to buy shaving cream too then these blades are the perfect combination to make that task a bit easier and faster for you.

I have dark and coarse hair, with light and sensitive skin...so for me, shaving is always a challenge. I tried a lot of Venus products, and this razor works the best for me. I still use shaving cream because it seems to help keep my skin clear. My only complaint is that the moisturizer pads wider than in most razors, making it is somewhat difficult to use in certain areas. SIDE POINT, but good to know. This comment is unrelated to the quality of the item, but its something thats happened to me several times. Ive been using these razors for a while now. They are not cheap, so I ended up trying different sites and sellers. (Be careful with the deal that you are getting. These razors can go bad.) In my case, specifically, moisturizing pads were damaged. (It looked like they were either stored improperly, or just expired... either way, I could not use them.) Couple of times, only four or five razors were damaged, but by the time I got damaged razors , the item would be unreturnable. *So research your sellers.*

The first couple of shaves were glorious, but within the month the pink parts wrinkled and fell off. Without the protection of the pink parts, the razors underneath were poorer quality than I have had with past Venus razors.

I love the top and bottom moisturizing areas. I dont even need to use shaving cream with these, I just use bar soap, so that helps cut down the cost. These are very gentle as I have sensitive skin and eczema. My 2 daughters use these as well, and 1 is a new shaver--she has never had any issues with nicking herself. I have these on subscription since I love them so much.

Ive been using Venus razors and refills for over a decade. I tried these because they were a good deal at the time I needed some. I wanted to like them, but the soap bars/strips fall off in my bath water, and I dont like that. (I dont even store my razor in a wet shower; I keep it in a jar beside my sink and use it in my garden tub once or twice a week.) I also end up using shaving gel anyway because the soap bars just arent enough for me. These blades do get the job done, but they are awkwardly shaped after the soap bars are gone. Ill be going back to my traditional Venus refills next time because I do think they are better in general AND give a smoother shave.
