Keep in mind, I have coarse hair. I really like this shaver because it has a built in conditioner so I don’t need to use shaving cream, it’s very moisturizing, and I’ve never nicked myself. The only down side is the conditioning bar goes away faster than I’d like and the blades seem to dull out after the conditioner is gone-even with shaving cream it doesn’t feel smooth. For reference, I use this to shave my entire body(arms legs bikini back armpit) and it takes about three uses for the conditioner to go down. However I use it daily for my legs and arms so I say it last about a week for me.

I have had these razor heads on Subscribe & Save for years! These are great razor heads, easy to change out and help lower the environmental impact by letting me use the same base each time. They provide a close shave, soft skin, and last for quite a few shaves before needing to be changed. The price for Subscribe & Save cant be beat.

These are awesome, and very moisturizing.

Even though these are some super expensive razors, I continue to buy them for several different reasons. 1 - I have very sensitive skin but these dont cause me any problems. 2 - Its so much easier to shave without shaving cream 3 - I always get a smooth shave with it 4 - They last a surprisingly long time! I shave pretty often since I live in Florida and wear shorts all year round plus we go swimming multiple times a week. I get at least 3-4 weeks per cartridge with these. They may be pricey but they are worth every penny. I dont usually get much time to myself to shower until my toddler comes running in demanding a shower too. I have to be able to shave quickly so hes not in there trying to play with a razor. This is so much faster than using shaving cream. Id highly recommend these razors to anyone!

If theres a company out there trying to price gouge its these guys. They are really nice but its doubled in price since beginning of COVID. Theres no reason for it

It was fine. Get these if you’re traveling and you aren’t going to be near shower gel or shaving cream for a while, otherwise not the razor for the every day. Seller was quick and efficient so I appreciate them but the blades were just “ok”

Incredibly expensive, and easy to cut yourself with due to the large pads on both sides. They dull as you expect but you wont go far with them if you shave often.

I thought it was just me noticing a change with my skin after using these razors. To me Im thinking these are Venus so they should be good so it has something to do with the hairs on my body which wasnt a problem so much before. Then I came here today and saw that some reviewers have been having the same problem with these razors. So the question is if these are authentic or has this brand change their product (not for the better)? Why I say that is because using a brand new Venus razors purchased from a store or pharmacy prior gave me a smooth shave and lasted long and the hairs went growing as fast. After the heads needed replacing I ordered these from this site and Ive been getting razor bumps now on my bikini area, getting cuts, I just shaved my legs last night and could still feel stubles on my legs- keep in mind I use shaving cream along with it. It doesnt give me a close enough shave I feel and my hair has been growing back a little faster. So as I said in the beginning it may just be me and a change to my skin.

I have dark and coarse hair, with light and sensitive skin...so for me, shaving is always a challenge. I tried a lot of Venus products, and this razor works the best for me. I still use shaving cream because it seems to help keep my skin clear. My only complaint is that the moisturizer pads wider than in most razors, making it is somewhat difficult to use in certain areas. SIDE POINT, but good to know. This comment is unrelated to the quality of the item, but its something thats happened to me several times. Ive been using these razors for a while now. They are not cheap, so I ended up trying different sites and sellers. (Be careful with the deal that you are getting. These razors can go bad.) In my case, specifically, moisturizing pads were damaged. (It looked like they were either stored improperly, or just expired... either way, I could not use them.) Couple of times, only four or five razors were damaged, but by the time I got damaged razors , the item would be unreturnable. *So research your sellers.*

I love the top and bottom moisturizing areas. I dont even need to use shaving cream with these, I just use bar soap, so that helps cut down the cost. These are very gentle as I have sensitive skin and eczema. My 2 daughters use these as well, and 1 is a new shaver--she has never had any issues with nicking herself. I have these on subscription since I love them so much.
