I can not say that changing the screen was easy. The help of another person is needed during installation. But, most importantly, the screen works !!!

Through either my own fault or a defective first screen, I was not able to get the replacement screen to work. I reached out to the email provided and they quickly responded with helpful solutions to help get my screen working. The fix did not work though. They quickly sent a second screen and emailed me some helpful installation instructions. Second fix worked like a charm. I had called a couple fixers in town and they all wanted $250 to $350 to fix the ipad. You can buy a good used Ipad at those prices. Thats a total rip off, but not the goodfixer. Awesome value!!! Go with the goodfixer and know theyve got your back.

The product comes with all necessary tools (other than heat gun of course) . The video shows all steps and if you make a mistake, the customer service is great. I made a mistake and one of the wires got cut but after contacting the customer service, in less than 24 hours they responded and now they are sending me a free replacement.

The kit is very complete and good quality. What stood out for me was the customer service. After I fitted the screen, I saw that it wasn’t seating properly at the top. Upon trying to seat it better, I pushed down and it cracked. I now know that there was a tiny sliver of glass from the original screen trapped between the new screen and the chassis. I contacted the seller and, after a couple of exchanges to which they responded promptly, a new screen was sent out free-of-charge. I’m now typing this review on my as-good-as-new iPad. Re installation: it’s not a pleasant job, but if you take your time and follow the video here carefully, it’s doable. It took me about an hour each time. Note: remember to stick the cables to the underneath of the right side of the screen. I missed this point the first time around. Although they provide a roll of double-sided tape in the kit, it is already applied to the screen and just requires you peeling off the top layer.

I was able to follow the instructions to replace the original cracked screen. When I had a question, the customer service department assisted me quickly with detailed instructions to resolve my issue. Another benefit is that the home button is included in the kit, and doesnt have to be removed from the old screen. When installed correctly, it performs just like the original.

I was worried at first that it wouldnt work or that it would be to hard to replace it myself. However the package had everything I ever needed and it was the easiest thing I had no issues at all easy to install as well and i my son was able to use his tablet without breaking my wallet and spending more money to get someone to fix it I fix it myself for less then 30 mints very very sassfied

Product was easy to install. Video was detailed and adhesion works great. Works well and screen is bright. Home button works, but not touch ID which is to be expected. Overall great product, bulk ordered and had 2 defective. Customer support answered in less than 20 minutes and had 2 new ones sent to my house. Great product and support!
