Product was easy to install. Video was detailed and adhesion works great. Works well and screen is bright. Home button works, but not touch ID which is to be expected. Overall great product, bulk ordered and had 2 defective. Customer support answered in less than 20 minutes and had 2 new ones sent to my house. Great product and support!

Great product!! Super easy to install, I have ordered many replacements since my company uses lots of tablets in vehicles, they tend to notice around and crack the screens. Easy, quick, and affordable. Nice job!

The first one I received had a broken component and didn’t work. I contacted the vendor and they quickly sent out a replacement after verifying my order. The quality of the screen is not on par with the OE screen, but for the price, I think it’s great. The task of replacement is not for a nervous DIYer, and even though they sent some tools, I needed to buy a tiny screwdriver (because the supplied one is pretty cheap) and I needed some better tweezers. All in all, I would recommend it if you are on a budget.

Include all I need. So easily I can fix this save $150. And fix my Apple Pencil. Everything work like a charm

Come with all the tools/items listed. Didn’t really have to use all the tools they give. It took me about 1.5 hours to complete because this is my first time and my son’s screen was cracked pretty bad. Everything works, but it doesn’t feel like the original screen. For the price to fix it yourself…I’m pretty happy!

Great replacement screen comes with all the tools you need and easy to install. It also came with a free screen protector for the iPad! I would definitely recommend the product to anyone who is looking for a replacement screen!

The product comes with all necessary tools (other than heat gun of course) . The video shows all steps and if you make a mistake, the customer service is great. I made a mistake and one of the wires got cut but after contacting the customer service, in less than 24 hours they responded and now they are sending me a free replacement.

Other reviewers got theirs installed in an hour. It took me half an hour just getting the old one out and using a heat gun. The video is pretty limited but with ones on you tube and some guess work I got it installed. The company assured me they are trying to improve the video. After finishing the install my iPad didn’t work. . At 10 p.m.I emailed and had an immediate response. I was not anxious to take things apart as suggested and try to get the tiny screws in again. The screws stick to the side of the device not to the holes you want them in. I have no idea where one screw is. I finally went to bed. In the morning, it occurred to me that the battery was dead. After charging it works fine. I gave 5 stars because the fast helpful response. To have it repaired locally was $150 and they sent it away for a week or more

My toddler was jumping on my iPad when the screen broke. Luckily they had this product where I can fix my own screen cheaper then taking it to apple or a place where they fix crack screens for more then 100 bucks. After watching the videos on how to replace it I was done in about a hour. The good fixer digitizer touch glass kit works wonders, it had every tool I needed to replace the screen. Thank you guys
