> 3 dayYou need to ensure you follow step by step, we had our iPad up and running and slipped up and didn’t move a cable perfectly back in place and messed it up therefore we broke the replacement screen. We reached out to the company and they are sending a replacement. Great service, great screen, take your time and do it right and your iPad will be up and running like nothing happened.

> 3 dayI managed to make a screen repair by myself. There were all tools needed. However, I googled for the more detailed guides because of the provided one was insufficient to make job correctly done. I do recommend this kit but as I said be very aware of an additional video help needed.

> 3 dayWhen my two year old smashed the iPad in many pieces I thought it was finished. I decided to try this replacement because it had good reviews. I watched several YouTube videos on how to replace it. It took about 30 mins mostly because I kept pausing the video and replaying. I uploaded a video and you can see it works perfectly. The home buttons seems slightly smaller than the original but I was not going to attempt to change it out. I don’t use fingerprint ID. I’ve heard it doesn’t work on the replacement but I can’t speak to that. This saved me about $150 to have one put in or the $400 for a new iPad.

> 3 dayIt is the hardest thing to put that center button back in place this one already has it installed makes it a lot easier to do. I was very happy with everything I give this one five stars, no questions.

> 3 dayWhen our child came to us with a broken screen (Xmas present) we wanted to make sure it worked with her apple pencil (off brand). When I brought it to best buy I learned they simply outsource the repair to apple and you get a refurbished unit back. For $250 for the 128gb unit. This seemed too much so I decided to do it myself. The installation is tough but if youve done a glued on digitizer before theyre all about the same. This one does work with the apple pencil (off brand). The screen seems to work fine. It does seem a little more plasticy to the touch than glass, we put a screen protector on it so I think it will feel the same as the original. Hope that helps. Good luck!

> 3 dayEasy installation. Works great. Home button works like a regular just don’t have the touch obviously. Only the original apple home button will have the touch. Will order more.

> 3 dayThe screen replacement kit works as advertised, can’t ask for anymore. Can’t stress enough to watch the install video and follow those instructions will save you time and possible money. Had to reach out to customer service for an issue and they resolved the issue super fast. 5 stars will deff come back if I need a mother screen replacement.

> 3 dayI had an issue installing the digitizer and they responded within 12 hours every time. Had problems with the first one, which was likely my fault. They sent a replacement right away after trying to help me troubleshoot the issue. A warranty is only as good as the company who stands behind it and this is a company who stands behind their products. As for the screen, its just like the original and I havent had any issues with it. It came with everything needed to do the installation. I already had the tools, but this is definite advantage for those who dont.
