Really strong striped tape.

I got this tape because I send large heavy packages (Flat rate Medium Boxes around 13lbs) every day and often times internationally. I have issues with the boxes coming open or ripped in the mail so I have recently been over taping with large amounts of tape with either the regular 3M packing or other cheap packing tape. Now with this reinforced tape I can use WAY less tape and achieve a stronger bond. There is no odor to the tape and just by the extra effort it takes to cut the tape with the dispenser you can tell how much stronger this tape is. It works will in my regular 3M dispenser and will probably be my tape of choice moving forward for shipping.

These rolls of strapping tape come in handy when you want to re-box something for the storage unit. I trust these better than the clear regular mailing tape, when packaging, because of the extra fiber built into them. My kids want to keep everything, but sometimes you need to just box up some of it for safe keeping, this tape comes in handy for that. You could also use it for other things, just that is what Im using it for. I Highly recommend goStaunch Strapping Tape.

So, I was dumb and didnt get the appropriate tape gun for this tape. That probably would have made things easier because a typical serrated tape gun blade just...no. Ended up using a box cutter instead. I did waste a lot of tape because once it gets stuck to itself, nothing short of a miracle will unstick it. BUT this tape ended up being more durable and reliable than the boxes I used it on, so three cheers all around. Get the tape. Just...get the right tape gun. Dont be me.

I had to tape up a treadmill in a thrown together box and this tape is the only thing that was able to hold over 100 pounds all together. Amazing! I can’t believe I’m fawning over tape but it saved me hundreds of dollars.

This tap is strong. Its Fiberglass reinforcement makes it ideal for using on big boxes or or shipping things you really dont want opened easily. I used it to tape up heavy boxes with. Seems just as strong as any other tap Ive used. A little pricy but this tap is top quality in the durability and adhesive department.

I had to ship some boxes overseas so wanted a very strong and tough tape that could seal the heavy boxes so they would not come apart during shipping. This set of 4 reinforced packing tape took care of my boxes so well. This tape is much stronger than the regular tapes because it has fiberglass filament that gives it strength and adhesive is made to tolerate very high and very low temperatures. I have used strapping tapes before and this one is definitely of a very good quality. I even use this tape to pack and store boxes in garage.

I ordered the GOSTAUNCH Tape to apply to freezer paper (used to wrap raw meats, fish, & vegetables), because I needed a tape that would withstand freezing temperatures while remaining affixed to the paper, in an attempt to prevent freezer-burn; especially when the package was in the freezer for a lengthy amount of time. This tape had fiber reinforced strips and adhesive backing that were durable enough to remain bonded to the freezer paper that wrapped meat, etc. A bonus for me was that the ½” in width roll of tape, fit on a towel rack that I use to store a large spool of freezer-wrap paper; eliminating the need for me to search for the tape, each and every time I needed to use it.
